Chapter 10

I changed into some black skinnies and a pink flowy shirt with a long cream cardi. I dried my hair and let the natural curls flow down my back. I got my makeup bag and went back to the bathroom to apply makeup. I brushed my teeth and only put on a bit of concealer, eyeliner and some mascara with a peach lipgloss.

I went back to my room and slipped my light pink pumps on and wrapped a cream scarf round my neck and grabbed my mittens.

I put my phone in my bag aswell as extra makeup essentials and my purse before leaving my room and going downstairs.

I was greeted by the smell of pancakes and lots of happy faces around the table laughing and smiling. I sat next to Dani and smiled at everyone in turn.

“Goodmorning, guys!"

“Wow, Tia you're looking rather gorgeous for just a meeting!" Skip winked at me and then he groaned Jai had punched him in the balls under the table everyone laughed but I couldn't take my eyes off Jai..

Everything came flooding back, the late night trip out to get hot chocolate, him almost kissing me at the table, me running off because he said we were just friends, and us almost kissing again before we got interrupted by Gina and Beau.. but after that I don't remember what happened..?!

Wait! Jai must have set my alarm and wrote the note?! Ohmygod how cute!!

“Tiaaaaa... you're pancakes are gonna get cold!" I snapped up, me and Jai had been looking at eachother for ages, I looked away and blushed.

We all started tucking in to our breakfasts everyone having their own little chats.

“Hey Tee, as the masquerade bash is in 4 days fancy going shopping for outfits?!"

“Yeah sounds great!" To be honest I wanted to go with Jai now.. but he had some girl and hey I was talking to an amazing guy?!

I really hope he is similar to Jai...

“Right guys, everyone grab coats and things we're off in 5 minutes!" Beau said as everyone was finishing breakfast.

Everyone ran upstairs whilst I sat and waited, Jai had the same idea as me and has brought his stuff down with him earlier too.

I didn't know what to say to him.. We'd almost kissed but now everythings awkward!

“Tee..?" He interrupted my thoughts with an amazing smile.

“Yeah?" I shot him a smile back, I hadn't realised how amazing he looked today!

“Can we talk about.. erm.. last night?"

“Yeah, ofcour.."

*PINGG*

I grabbed my phone from my pocket and opened the text message.

Josh: Enjoy you're surprise today, slut.

What was he on about?! I just chose to ignore him.

“Tee, are you alright?" Jai covered his hands over mine and electricity shot up my arm.

“Yeah, fine. Sorry what were you saying earlier?"

Jai opened his mouth to talk but everyone hurried back downstairs. Jai quickly moved his hand and got up from the table.

He quickly hurried out the door with Luke, Daniella, Skip, James and Beau. Gina gave me a questioning look...

“I think me and you should have a girly chat later sweetie, don't you?"

To be honest I think I needed to get my problems out there, and Gina was like a second mum to me.

“I'd appreciate that Gina, thankyou!"
