We all know that feeling
When you see the wrong but yet, refuse to see it,
You feel that pang in your heart, but choose to ignore it,
There's that thin line between right and wrong, yet we're so oblivious,
Even if we hear what we want to hear, and see what we want to see, we can't ignore feelings.
They come from our heart.
As crazy as this may sound; the heart sees all things, even those our eyes cannot,
So, every time we choose ignorance over sympathy, there's a little part of us that suffers for it,
No matter how indifferent anyone seems, no one actually has a heart of stone,
Because there's a chink in every armour, a metal handle to every obsidian dagger.
Without feelings, we cannot live.
Without feelings, we are not human.
Everyone knows that feeling.
Everyone gets that feeling.
It's Guilt.
