The Book

It was a cold day, I got out of bed and looked out my window." Maybe I'll go for a walk." I said and yawned, I started getting ready for the day. After I got dressed I walked into my kitchen and made some coffee. I was drinking my coffee and I walked out my door and into my apartment hall way.

I saw my neighbor from room 168, I smiled and waived." Good morning!" I said, he smiled and waived back." Good morning!" He said back, and after that I went to the stairs and went into the lobby. I waived at the person working at the counter and I kept walking. I got on the street I started walking twords my favorite café, on my way there I felt someone pull on my jacket.

I turn around fast and see a hunched over older woman." Hello my dear." She said in a weird creepy voice. I mean, when I moved to England from America. I knew it would be weird, just not like this." Hello, miss." I said, I didn't want to be rude." I want to give you this." She said and pulled out a book and handed it to me.

I look at her and then to the book, I started flipping through the pages and they were all blank except the fist page. I look up for the woman and she's gone, I started looking around and she was no where in sight.

I sigh and put the book in my laptop bag and start walking to my house." That was so weird." I tell myself, and I keep walking to my room. When I get to the house I put in some pajamas and sit on my couch watching tv.

I was watching Netflix when the book started glowing. I ran to it and picked it up, I got the first page and it said.' Hello (y/n), I'm Dan!' I started panicking, I got myself into some weird shit." Hello Dan, how are you talking to me?" I decided to ask it, well more like him.

' I don't know, last I rember I was walking when an old woman came to me and told me about you and that's all I remember.' It wrote in front of me, I smiled." I'm sorry that happened to you, that must be the woman that gave me this book." I smiled, he seems really nice.

' Well it looks like your stuck with me, Oh and I have to tell you one thing about the book.' Dan wrote, I nodded." Okay, what is it?" I asked him.' You can't close the book, I'll die.' Dan wrote, I got a sad look." Then I won't ever close the book, but I also have a question." I said, I smiled.

' What is it?' Dan asked, I frownd." What happens when you write on all the pages?" I asked him, he put in marks.* Sigh*'I don't know, I only know about closing the book.' He said, I ran to my room and got a printer paper and ran back to the book.

" I'm gonna try something." I told him. I got to the back of the book and put the paper in the back of the book perfectly. The book glowed and it added the page, I smiled and jumped.' You did it!' He said, I smiled." I did, and I have another question." I asked him smiling, I looked at the page and waited.' Okay, shoot. I'm up for anything.' He told me, I didn't think I could smile any bigger.

" Can you see me, and what do you look like?" I asked him as I hit him with two questions.' Yes I can see you, and may I say your very beautiful.' He wrote, I blushed. Wait, why am I blushing from a book!?' And I have black hair, and blue eyes. And my hair is sort of bangs.' He said, I smiled at the book.

" Well you sound very cute, since you can see. Wanna watch a movie?" I ask him,' Sure, I'm up for anything.' I smiled and brought the book to the living room. I turned on the tv and we started watching The lion king, and after we finished that we we both go sleepy so I went to my spair bedroom and laid the book open on the bed.

" Good night Dan." I said,' Good night (y/n).' Dan said, I went out the door after I turned off the light. I went to my bedroom and laid in my bed, looking at the ceiling smiling like an idiot." This is so weird, but it's so cool. He's so nice, but he's in a book." I sighed to myself and turned on my side to go to bed.
