He waited for her. Waited for her at the airport for 3 hours, non-stop pacing and checking the flights. He couldn't wait to see his lovely girlfriend to show up with those dark brown eyes, long brown hair and perfect deep dimples he loved. He sighed happily thinking about her.
"Waiting for you love, aren't ya?" said a musky old man sitting next to him. He nodded happily and pulled out his phone, quickly showing the man a photo. The man smiled and looked at him, patting his shoulder. Luke knew that she would be here soon. Sooner then he thinks. Hoping she had also heard his new song, so they could talk about it for hours and just know if she thought it was about her. Luke checked the time, and frowned. She was suppose to be here at 1:05pm, it was now 4:00.
"Maybe her flight got caught up in some bad weather." he reassured himself, trying to ignore the what if statements. He checked his last text from her was yesterday, 5:00 pm. Luke stood up and walked over to the front desk. The woman working there had dark red hair and was in a pant suit, a grey one. She looked up at the tall lanky boy and smiled.
"May I help you?" she said calmly and put the phone she was on down.
"Yes, can you check when Flight 236, from San Fransisco is coming in?" he spoke is a deep Australian accent. She nodded and turned slightly and looked at the flight schedule. She frowned slightly and looked at the desperate man.
"That flight came hours ago." his once smile had faded. He nodded at the lady and walked back to his bag, head hanging low. He couldn't understand why she wasn't here. Did she miss her flight? But then why didn't she tell him. He grabbed his bag, saying bye to the old man and walked out the airport. He walked to his car, still confused on why she didn't show. They had talked about this for months, why all of a sudden she didn't show?
He thought about it all the way to his hotel room. He walked in through the back to avoided getting ambushed by fans. He silently walked to his room, trying to avoided confrontation from the boys about her. He honestly didn't want to talk about what he had just experienced in to the airport. Throwing his bag down, he slumped into the newly made cotton bed. He still couldn't think of a valid reason for her not to be here in Seattle. Every reason always came back to, she would of texted him. But would she have texted him? Now everything about their 6 month relationship seemed not to be truthful. He groaned then laid down to forget about this problem her was facing at the moment.
