I trust her, which is more than can be said for you.

New Orleans.

Home to my beloved sire, Niklaus Mikaelson.
As much as I would love to catch up with my old friend/somewhat ex-lover of mine. I'm on a mission to find my current love, Lucien, who inconveniently ditched me in California to embark on this quest to save the life of our beloved sire from a threat that may be of mine and(more, so.) Lucien's fault. For trusting and siding with an old freniemy of ours, Tristan de Martel, to ensure our safety. Which, evidently might make Klaus kill Lucien, himself.

I definitely could not have the love of my life getting killed(even though, it would be his fault in the first place) for trying to be the 'hero' and wanting to do everything in his power to keep me alive, even if it meant having to side with the one person he truly can not stand, and may get himself killed in the process by none other than Niklaus, himself.

Luckily, for me. Nik, has always held a soft spot for me in his cold heart that only seems to have room for his family, and his family, alone.

I could try to explain why, but-honestly, I've never understood 'why' myself. We've just always had that place in our hearts for one another, something I think we both didn't quite understand? Maybe it was because I was Klaus'(as he refers to me as) his 'perfect masterpiece', considering I was the first he sire, and he is my sire- but of course, he was more than that to me. Klaus always showed me a side to him, that he wouldn't dare show to anyone else. The side that vampires referred to as 'humanity' and I didn't see any less of him because of that. If anything I saw something more in him, something that makes me feel sorry to all of the people who were so quick to judge him, because of the 'evil-hybrid' facade he chose to show everyone. So, if anyone's going to save my love's life. It's going to be me.
I opened the front gate of the 'French quarter manor as these New Orleans residents call it and walked slowly and on my guard further into the place, my eyes taking in my surroundings. An open area filled with a sitting area, and an open sky over looking the star-filled night. Stairs leading up to what appears to be living quarters. My eyes, then trail to the wall beside me, and notice portraits of the two Mikaelson brothers, and their sister, and my old friend, Rebekah.
Yep, definitely the right place. The hairs in the back of my head suddenly stick up. Someone's watching me.
I'm all of a sudden attacked, and held by the neck against the wall, roughly.

"Whoa- easy there, tiger." I held up my hands in surrender to the eldest Mikaelson.
"Everly." He looked alarmed when he realized who I was and immediately let me go.
I rubbed my neck, "Forgive the intrusion, Lijah. I didn't mean to drop by unannounced." He shook his head and waved off my apology.
"There's no need. By, all means: intrude." He smiled as he greeted me and kissed the back of my hand. Like the gentlemen he was. I couldn't help but smile back. "I assume you're looking for Niklaus?" He asked.

"Uhm, actually. I'm looking for Lucien, but I have a feeling they're together right now, so- yeah, where is Nik?" I asked him, and he had a look of worry when I mentioned Lucien.
"Lucien is here also?"
I nodded, "Kind of why i'm here. Do you know where he is?" He hesitated, before holding out his hand to me.
"No. But, I know of someone who could help you find them." I took his hand and was lead upstairs to a room that held a girl with shoulder-length, dirty blonde hair.
She turned around, and studied me, while I studied her.
"And who is this?" She asked Elijah.
"My darling sister, this is: Everly Danvers. She's Niklaus' most-trusted protege and she needs you to do her a favour. Everly, my sister; Freya." After Elijah introduced us, my eyes widen to her name and who she was.
"Oh, yeah. And what kind of favour is that?" She asked, sarcastically, obviously not that trustworthy of me.
"She needs you to do a locater spell and find her friend, thus, Niklaus." She look between Elijah and myself, contemplating whether or not, she could trust me.
"Trust me, Freya, if I had the slightest inkling that she wasn't to be trusted. I would not be asking this of you. But she's been our most trusted ally, and friend, for a little over a thousand years."

I continued to stare at Freya with a determine look, and nodded slightly when she looked back at me from Elijah, to ensure his words, further.
She sighed, "Alright. But I'll need something of his. Something that he has a strong connection to." She began to explain, as she got her stuff ready for the spell.
I began to walk close to her and held out my hand.
"I am very much his and am someone he has a very strong connection to. Do I count?" I asked. She looked up at me.
"You wouldn't happen to have a something-rather than a someone." She said, I sighed and put my hand to my chest. Of course. I undid the necklace that was around my neck and handed it to her.
"Since we were human, he's had that thing. Never takes it off unless he leaves me behind somewhere and leaves it with me. Hence: why I have it now." She took it.
"This'll do." She muttered.
Then she started casting her spell and not a minute later, the necklace drops down on Lucien's location.
"There." She pointed, then handed me back my necklace.

I shared a look with Elijah and then Freya.
"Thank-you." I said, then blurred off without another word.

End of part 1.
