Winter- Bucky Barnes x Reader

Bucky Barnes hates winter. He doesn't know if it's because of the Winter Soldier or if he hates the cold. So when he looks outside and sees snow everywhere, he quietly curses to himself.

Y/N Y/L/N loves winter. It's her favorite season. She loves the holiday festivities and playing in the snow. So when she looks outside and sees snow everywhere, a big smile graces her face.

Y/N's P.O.V.

You look out the window of your room in Stark Tower. White is the only word to describe what you see. The snow falls delicately onto the ground, tree branches, and everything in between. People were scraping snow and ice off their car's windshield. You check your alarm clock to make sure it's not to early to get everyone up. " Jarvis, wake everyone up, tell them to put on their warmest clothes, and meet me in the lounge." You say. " Yes Miss Y/N," Jarvis replies.

Everyone sits down on the coach while you explain the plan. "I bet you're wondering why I dragged you all down here," you say. There is a mix of replies, most of them grunts or hmphs. There is a mix of facial expressions, some look cranky, some look tired, but Bucky's face looks as if he could kill someone right now. Which, of course, he could.

"Why the long face, Frosty?" Tony asks. Bucky just glares and grunts.
"Since it is so snowy outside, I thought we should have a snowball fight." You explain. After those few words, most faces light up. Except for Bucky's. " Last one outside is a rotten egg!" Tony shouts. Then, everyone scrambles out to the elevator. Everyone except Bucky.

"Okay, so Steve, Pietro, Clint, and Natasha, are on my team. Everyone else on Tony's team. Go!" You exclaim. Everyone gets to their sides and begins to build their forts. Steve begins to take charge as if we were on an actual mission. "Clint, Natasha, you guys built the fort. We want it tall and 3 sides, m'kay? Pietro, Y/N, you build the snowballs as fast as you can. I'll try and distract the other team." Steve directs. " Yes sir" we all respond. You and Pietro begin making the snowballs. By the time you have ten perfect snowballs Pietro has two whole piles of snowballs. "All done!" He says with his accent while giving you a toothy grin. " Oh, shut up," you joke.
"ATTACK!" Tony shouts into the cold air. Our team gathers our ammo and sling it at the other team. "Natasha is down! I repeat, Natasha is down!" Clint calls to us. Soon enough everyone is lying in the snow except for you and Bucky.
" Get her, Frosty!" Exclaims Tony from the sidelines. "Stark! You're supposed to be dead." Clint reminded him. Bucky throws a snowball at you, barely missing you. You throw a snowball right at Buck, and drill him right in the face. He spits out the snow that landed in his mouth. "Sorry, Buck! I didn't mean to hit your face!" You apologize. Bucky gives you a playful glare before charging at you. "You're going down, Y/N!" He shouts after you, snowflakes falling onto his dark eyelashes. You run away quickly, dodging the snow being throw at you from behind. Because of Bucky's speed he quickly catches up to you. "Now your dead meat, Y/N! I've seen that look before, and it doesn't end well!" Steve shouts. Bucky catches up to you, so he's right behind you. Suddenly, he trips and lands on top of you. You shriek as you hit the cushioned ground. "Bucky! You're heavy! Get off!" You groan. "Sorry," Bucky replies akwardly while standing, giving you a hand as well. But, being the trickster you are, pull you hand down so he comes crashing down on top of you.

Bucky's P.O.V.

I've never wanted to kiss Y/N more than this moment. Her E/C eyes are perfectly complimented by her black lashes, which are topped with a layer of snowflakes. Her S/C skin is absolutely amazing. I could seriously kiss those pink lips and-
"You done staring, Buck?"
"What? Oh yeah" Smooth Barnes, smooth.
"Can I kiss you?"
"Of course"
Not wasting any time, I cup her cheek with my hand and smash my lips on hers. We were in complete bliss, the whole world around us disappeared until...
"Eww, get a room you two!"
"Tony! Shut up!"
Y/N pulls away and giggles.
"Okay, lovebirds, it's cold out here. Let's head inside and get hot chocolate.
"Hot chocolate!" Y/N runs inside.
I think I finally like winter now.
