Don't Leave

       "Don't do this," I pleaded, looking into his smouldering honey coloured eyes.

       "I have to, Annabella, you know that." He said with pain filled eyes.

       Of course I knew that he would have to leave one day, and I know that I shouldn't have fallen for him, being who he is, yet I couldn't help whom my heart raced for.

       "I'll miss you,"

       I'll miss you more, "Ok."

       "I'll call in every day,"

       I know you won't but I hope you do, "Uh huh."

       "I love you,"

       Not as much as I love you,

       "See you, Ale. Madison also wanted me to tell you to call her when you land." I said, looking the other way while I mentioned his girlfriend, a friend of mine.

       "Ok, Anna, I'll see you on Thanksgiving," he said, with a watery smile and his arms open, waiting for me to walk into them.

       But instead of running into his awaiting arms like i wanted to, I turned my back to him, shedding a silent tear. "Okay, see you then." I said coldly, shattering my own heart to pieces with my cold tone. But, I had to push him so that it wouldn't hurt as much.

       I heard his sigh and waited a few seconds before turning back around to him approaching a taxi that would take him to the airport along with his parents. My cheeks were wet with tears and my vision blurry as I saw the taxi leave, taking my best friend in the passenger seat, away from me...
