Fourteenth Chapter: Dreams.

Well last night, I had a really weird dream. I dreamt that we were back home. Alex and I were together again and it was like nothing happened. It felt so normal. So...Real. Then I woke up and realized that Alex had his arms around me and was watching me sleep.

"Uhh. What are you doing?"

"Keeping you warm, duh."

"T-That's really nice of you, but...GET THE HELL OFF ME!"

He gave me a cocky smile.

"And what if I don't want to?"

I tried to give him the cutest pouty face I had.

"Then I'll punch you."

I don't think the pout face worked, because as soon as I did his face changed into something, I'd never seen before. Actually Alex looked like he was in pain.

"Um. Fine whatever."

Then he pushed me away.

"Hey are you okay?"

I touched his shoulder and his face turned red.

"Go away."

"What's wrong? Are you hurt or something?"

He rolled to his other side.

"No. I just remembered something."

"What was it?" Me, thinking it was something stupid, waited for his reply.

"Umm, you'll be mad."

I rolled my eyes. "What is it? Like a girlfriend you forgot about or something?"

I heard him sigh. "No. It was a dream."

I felt my eyes go wide and I stuttered when I spoke.

"Wh-What was i-it about?"

He hesitated... for awhile.

"Well aren't you gonna tell me, Alex? .....I'll tell you mine." I didn't expect his reply.

"Okay."

I sighed then told him everything that happened in the dream. When I was finished, he was pale.

"What? Don't tell me we had the same dream."

He had been looking at the ground the whole time, until I said that, then he looked up at me.

"Did we?"

His voice cracked when he told me that he had the same dream as me only it was longer.

"After we got out of school, we went to my house...and well I'm hoping you can guess what happen."

I felt my face get hot. "You mean if I stayed asleep, that was gonna happen twice!?" I turned around and hid my face. We sat in silence for awhile. Then I realized something.

"Alex?"

"Hm?"

I turned around and so did he. "We had the exact same dream."
