The Boy Down Blake Street

Chapter 1

Halloween

"Mia lets go!!" Sofia called from the hallway.

"Coming!" I shouted back. I grabbed my pumpkin bag and ran to the hall.

I spotted Sofia waiting by the door, holding her bag.

"How long ya been here?" I asked, raising an eyebrow.

"Too long. Come on! I have to pick up the candy bars from my house!" She placed her hand on the door, and walked out, followed by me.

We walked down the street, at a quick pace. Everywhere you looked, teenagers and kids were knocking on peoples doors. Sofia's house was only 2 blocks away and we were there in no time.

"Right Mia wait here. I just need to grab a few bars. Then we go to Blake Street yeah?" She asked, opening her door.

"Sure. Hurry up." I replied, leaning up against her gate.

I looked at Sofia's window.

"Oh Sofia." I whispered to myself, spotting the One Direction pumpkin sitting on the windowsill.

She's obsessed with them. I don't even know why she is. There good at singing, yeah. I don't think they are that good looking though.

I was brought from my thoughts with Sofia slamming her door and running up to me.

"Ready?" She asked, smiling.

"Lets go." I replied, walking down the street, heading to the sign that read:

Blake Street.

Chapter 2

The Rich Side Of Town

"We should get so much candy!" Sofia laughed.

"I know right! My mom told me that they sometimes give you like proper big, thick bars of chocolate!" I grinned.

"Sweet! Come on, I can't wait any longer!" She screamed.

We giggled and ran down the street until we were outside the big houses.

"So Mia, which one first?" Sofia turned to me.

"Mm..Aha! That one! They have a cool pumpkin in the window!" I pointed to a house across the street.

"Cool! Lets go get some candy!" She replied.

The house was white and it looked like there were a few people inside. It had a scary looking pumpkin in the front window and there were skeletons hanging from the doors.

We walked onto the porch and Sofia knocked on the door.

A moment passed and we waited silently. The silence was disturbed by the door opening, revealing an old looking woman.

"Trick or treat!" We smiled.

"Hi! Here take as much as you want!" She handed us a big bowl of candy bars that were massive!

I took 5 and I saw that Sofia took about 7.

"Thank you!" We smiled, walking down the steps. We reached the gate and looked round the street.

"Hey! You wanna go to that house!" Sofia pointed to a house, that had 1 pumpkin in the window.

"Um ok!" She ran off and I followed, heading towards the large house.

Chapter 3

Just Give Us The Candy

We walked up to the front door and knocked on it. We waited for about 2 minutes until the door opened slowly.
