Cold was the night as we sat around the fire, but i shall let you know before I tell this story that I believe I've gone insane, and for the facts that I see the dead, and hear the truths in a lie. The truths tell me what must be done, so I follow, now come closer to my cage of despair and I shall tell you my story of death and sacrifice.
The day was February 4th, the day of my birth, we had celebrated for it would've been my 30th birthday, and I noticed I only had one present, but it was in a rather large box, my wife and son assured me i was going to love it, as i read the name tag aloud "Noel Kelly" I realized that i was going to love this gift no matter what it was. As I started to open it I heard a scratching sound inside the box, now rather curious i ripped open the box, inside I found a beautiful cactus in bloom, along with a tank filled with sand, but as I examined the tank closely i saw a lizard with rather sharp looking spines, it had those spines all the way down it's tail. The tail appeared be self defence for it was shaped like a club, it also had claws that more resembled talons than anything else, but the thing that i found most intriguing was the fact that the lizard had no teeth! I looked back up to my wife and son, thanked them, and gave each of them a hug. But I really rather curious about why the lizard had no teeth, and what it ate, so they told me "that it mostly ate kale meaning it was a herbivore, but also not to give it any water because, it gets all the water it needs from the kale". My son at this point had suddenly spoke out loud "I think we should name him Sunny!" I thought it was a pleasant name so I agreed, after we finished celebrating we all went on with our days separately.
