Hot Best Friend

Chapter 2

"Happy birthday baby girl" I tell her smiling while I change her clothes for the day she just laughs at me I pick her up and take her downstairs to start making pancakes for everyone I cut up some pancakes really small for Olivia to eat as I go upstairs to get Liz and Emily with Olivia I go wake Liz up first so she can take Olivia with her to eat then I go to wake up Emily to see her already up

"Ready to eat I made pancakes" I ask her and she nods tiredly so I pick her up so she doesn't fall down the stairs when walking and place her on a chair and kiss all my girls foreheads then I sit down my self

"We are having the walkers over at 3:00pm so we need to clean up a little, get some pizza and make some cake, get drinks and decorate the house and it's 9:00am so we have 6 hours to get everything ready" Liz says and

"Can you make the cake with Emily and I will take Olivia with me to get everything else then when I get home I will clean the house and put Olivia down for a nap" I say to Liz and she nods then I look at Emily nodding her head too. I pick Olivia up to go clean her hands and get her car seat and diaper bag I hand Liz Olivia to say bye while I kiss Emily bye

"Are you going to make a really good cake" I ask her smiling

"Yes I'm going to make the best cake ever" she says grinning and I smile I go over to Liz and take Olivia kissing Liz bye and putting Olivia in her car seat

"I love you guys" I say to them picking up the diaper bag and the car seat walking out the door

I hear mumbled I love you to from them as they start talking about how to make the cake I laugh walking to the car and buckling Olivia up and giving her a toy and getting in the car driving to Walmart to get everything we need

At Wal-Mart 9:30

I grab a cart and put Olivia in the seat

" ready to get your stuff for your birthday" I ask her smiling she just laughs messing with her fingers I start walking and grab her a balloon with the number 1 on it and clip it to the cart and I grab a candle with a 1 on it also I grab some chips and go grab some juice for the kids then I get some party supplies like plates and napkins and decorations for the house

By the time I grab the pizza it's already 12:00pm so I have to get everything ready I take Olivia in and put her in the swing so I can keep an eye on her as I clean and they can keep making the cake which looks great I start by picking up all the baby toys and tidying the house and then I start putting streamers up to and clip the balloons on a table so they don't float up I set the table and bring her presents into the room so it's ready when we open presents

" it's already 2:30" I say to Liz while picking up Olivia and walking into the kitchen to see them finishing the cake that is purple with polka dots

"We all have to change" she says and I nod

"I'll get the kids changed and then I'll change after" I tell her and she nods walking upstairs

"I wanna wear a dress" Emily says and I laugh following her upstairs with Olivia to help her pick out a little pink dress and help put some bows in her curly hair and tell her to go watch some tv so I can get dressed and change Olivia's diaper I walk into Olivia's room and change her diaper

"Dada" she mumbles every now and then and I laugh

" are you ready to see Caleb?" I ask her and her eyes light up as she smiles hugely she's so attached to him it's funny since whenever he is over she is always playing with his hands and he just lets her and he's so attached to her when she was younger all he wanted to do was hold her even when the other kids were playing he would just want to sit and hold her it was cute I walk with her into my room to change and she just keeps on babbling baby words as I change into an old baseball jersey from high school and a pair of sweat pants and pick her up just as the door bell rings I hear Liz answering the door as I walk into the room to see everyone
