"Come along PONDS! Quickly before His Majesty changes his mind!" Urged the Doctor.
"NO! No one threatens to chop of my head and gets away with it!" Shouts Amy with her stern glance.
"Amy lets go!! They already made me perform twice and they said if I wasn't funny the next time they'd chop off my feet and make me dance," reasoned Rory. "They got me dressed like some sorta clown"
"You were suppose to be their court jester Rory," The Doctor explained as they made their way into the TARDIS.
    "But Doctor I'm not funny."
"Clearly, there was a peasant in the back who shoved the mud back in his ears."
The Doctor swaggered his way to the center console and began a symphony of nob twisting and lever flipping.
"Doctor, where are we going?" Questioned Amy while examining the monitor.
"2232 in the upper sector of planet
Xyt€op. I was sent a leak about Professor Xu Tō Ding's most famous experiment. According to legend, she created a creature so foul that no 2 people who look at it see the same thing. Of course, other than the Professor no two people have lived to compare notes."
"But Doctor why are we going?"
"Amelia Pond! I'm taking you and your new hubby on a trip through time and space to see a legendary genetic experiment, really the stuff of nightmares, and you ask me why?"
    "Yes," Amy stated simply.
He sighed, giving a small smile as he looked up. "This..."Thing" as they call it, is the only one of its kind. A genetic experiment created merely for the purpose of testing the limits of how much chaos you can pack into one being. Then it was trapped and abandoned, abused to give it the mind of a monster."
"We'll Go," said Amy. "And we'll do whatever we can to help. What do they call it?"
"It's called a Cosmic Ding Dong"
"Are you kidding me?" Rory exclaimed, reminding everyone that he was there. "Doctor that sounds like a...well."
"A what Rory?" Amy asked glaring at him in only the way a wife could.
"So how old is the experiment Doctor?" Rory quickly said attempting to change the subject.
"The experiment has been going on since the late 21st century but experiment 997346 is the only test subject to survive. It should be about 87 by now, practically an infant."
    "An infant?" Exclaimed Rory.
"What? Do monsters age differently than humans?"questioned Amy.
"Everything ages differently that humans Pond. You little pink primates last longer than an insect but not so much as a Glinwip. How come you expect that everything is suppose to measure up in human years? You know that the yearly calendar you humans have adjusted to was originally base on..."
"Doctor we get it, just let it go."
