"Hmm, somethings still not right," I said as I glanced at my drawing.
"Oh, duh, I forgot to draw the nose!" I exclaimed.
"There, it's done," I smiled at my newest piece of art.

I had just finished drawing one of my favorite characters from a series on YouTube. Honestly, I was proud of this one. It took me all day to draw.

After admiring my work, I pulled out my phone and took a picture of it. I then posted it to Twitter.

"Well, I guess I should get ready for bed now," I thought to myself. It was about 10 o'clock at night.

Eventually, I climbed into bed ( and I'm not exaggerating, I have 3 mattresses stacked on top of each other) and reached for my phone. I pressed the button to turn it on and entered my password.

Squinting at the brightness, I see my twitter notifications. My drawing had received so many likes and retweets in the time I was away. I beamed with happiness. It made me so happy that people actually liked what I drew and that they wanted to show others as well.

After scrolling through my feed, I turned my phone off and drifted to sleep, wondering what I could do with my "talent", how I could use it, and how I could get better.

~~~~~~~ooh time skip~~~~~~~
The next morning, or really, afternoon, I woke to my phone buzzing.
"Who's calling this early in th---- oh its noon...."
I fumbled around my blankets, blindly trying to find my phone hidden amongst them. At last I found it, but of course, I missed the call. It was one of my friends, my online friends, calling me.
They're from Britain, and all of them are guys. I was surprised they were calling me. They never call. I looked in the chat and I realized it was a group call. Further investigation, revealed numerous messages asking "Stacy, where are you" or "Stacy, babs, wake up". I thought about responding, but decided against it.
Tossing my phone back on my bed, I stumbled over to the kitchen to grab a snack. The great thing about living alone is no one will eat your snacks and you can eat as much as you want and no one can judge you.
I grabbed a bag of cheezits and headed back to my room, grabbed my laptop and phone, and relaxed.
Luckily, it was Saturday, my day off, although really I could take any day off if I wanted. I had the entire day to myself. I could draw but I already do that everyday. I could watch tv or youtube, but none of my shows are on yet. Then I remembered an app I had gotten a few days ago.
I unlocked my phone and tapped on the pokeball icon. Pokémon Go was a rapidly growing game that caught my eye on twitter. I had already began playing it when I'd first downloaded it. I caught a Pikachu, Mudkip, and an Eevee. Although they were only virtual creatures, I thought they were the cutest things ever.
Setting my laptop aside, I slipped my shoes on and took a step outside into the warm sun.
Even though it was fall, it was rather warm outside. However, with the cool breeze ruffling my hair and the mild spray from a nearby fountain gently raining down on me, I knew the heat wouldn't be too much for me today.
After a few minutes of walking, I felt my phone buzz. I looked for a shady spot to stand and glanced at my phone. According to the game, there was a Vulpix nearby.
I continued walking in the same direction for about a hundred yards until my phone buzzed again. The Vulpix was very close and up for grabs. After a few pokeballs, the fire type pokemon was mine. I decided to head back home.
"Hopefully I'll catch some more on the way home," I thought.
On the way home, I noticed a street performer had set up a what appeared to be magic show. I decided to check it out. It looked pretty cool.
A poster read the name The Great MagIxan. Ooh cool name.
I walked up to the little stage. On it was a table covered in what I assumed were props for his performance.
Being the curious person I am, I got closer so I could see the props better. There was a cool looking red and white crystal orb closest to me. I don't know why, but I began to reach for it.
"Don't touch that!"
I spun around.
Right behind me, stood The Great MagIxan.
