1. Do not god-mode! Your character isn't invincible, and you shouldn't act like they are. This goes for fighting as well-while you can comment an attack the character uses, the admin on the receiving end decides the damage done and whether or not it is dodged-not you. If you're reading this, put your favorite color backwards at the end of your forum. On that note, their character cannot dodge everything and has to end up wounded somehow
2. Cursing is permitted, just censor it so you don't get flagged.
3. Keep it PG13! We'll let it go up to kissing (if it turns into full out making out keep it in a thread), but take any smut to the pm or better yet, skip it! Nobody wants to see that.

ROLEPLAY IN THIRD PERSON. With three sentences minimum. Use quotations, and try to use proper grammar.
5. If you bully anyone on this roleplay, do not falter in knowing that there WILL be consequences.
6. We won't force it, but try and even out the sexes. If we see there's too many females or males, we will close off sign ups to that gender until it is evened out. This goes for mutants as well. Also, though it isn't mandatory, try to make an evil character as well to stir up drama. We want to keep the gender ratio roughly 1:1 and the mutant to human ratio 1:3 or below.
7. Two characters minimum in each nation. We want to have them be equally balanced out!
8. Tag at least one person in your forum. We want to have lots of people in each nation!
9. Activity is very important here. We'll be doing activity checks periodically and anyone who doesn't pass will be kicked out. I'm not having this roleplay go inactive.
