Those who are blessed with their powers - They have a better time controlling their powers and don't lose controls as quickly.

Those who are cursed with their powers - Can lose control quickly and usually have a more destructive power.

Really no one in particular controls who is blessed or cursed. So there won't be an all powerful ruler or anything. Also, whether you are blessed or cursed you can still choose if you want to use your power for bad or not.

It really doesn't matter if your good or bad. The "bad" people just cause mayhem and havoc in the city or the school.

This takes place in a city. I will create specific places within the city to be roleplayed in.

So far I haven't been the most organized at this crap so I am going to try on this roleplay.
