Claudia's p.o.v

"Wake up darling!" I heard my mother's voice as she shook me awake.

"Ugh I'm up," I muttered rolling over.

"I'm serious Claudia, wake up," she said in an irritated tone.

"What's so important that I have to get up for anyways?" I said also irritated.

"The dark lord said that we need to leave and that you need to go to Hogwarts immediately," she said sitting down at the edge of my bed.

I bolted upright suddenly at this news.

"What?! The dark lord said that I have to go to Hogwarts? You mean the Hogwarts?!" I was so excited I couldn't contain my happiness.

"Yes Hogwarts, the only Hogwarts there is. Here," she said giving me an already open envelope.

I read the words written in green ink on front of the envelope:

Mrs. C. Windsor
Windsor Manor
Whingel Drive

I took out a neatly folded piece of paper and read:

HOGWARTS SCHOOL
of WITCHCRAFT and WIZARDRY

Headmaster: Albus Dumbledore
(Order of Merlin, First class, Grand Sorc., Chf. Warlock, Supreme Mugwump, International Confed. of Wizards)

Dear Mrs. Windsor,
We have been informed by your parents that you are a pure-blood witch moving to a new manor near Hogwarts.          Therefore, we are pleased to inform you that you that you have been accepted at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Please find enclosed a list of all necessary books and equipment.
Term begins on September 1. We await your owl by no later than July 31.

I set the letter down, got up and started grabbing all my clothes and throwing them in the suitcases that magically appeared in front of my eyes.

"Darling what are you doing?" my mother asked me confused.

"Packing, obviously," I said continuing to throw clothes into the suitcases.

"Did you forget that we are witches? Darling, we're not filthy muggles," she shuddered at that last word and took out her wand,"wingardium leviosa."

All of my clothes floated out of my drawers and into the air dropping suddenly.

"Oh, right," I blushed embarrassed.

"There's nothing to be embarrassed about you're just excited and I'm excited for you as well," my mum said walking over to me and squeezing my cheek,"you have 30 minutes to get ready so finish packing and come downstairs when your done okay?"

I nodded and smiled as she walked out of the room. I grabbed my wand off my nightstand and used 'wingardium leviosa' to pack everything else.

I then walked into the bathroom and looked at my reflection in the mirror.

Ew, I thought grimacing at myself, I look terrible as always.

I quickly brushed my hair and unpacked a random tee shirt and some army green jeans. I then pulled out a pair of green and black sneakers on, along with green socks. Green is my favorite color. I love all the shades of green.

I slipped my clothes on, put the folded envelope in my pocket and called for my house-elves to help me carry my luggage.

"Thank you Daisy and Wilfred," I said giving them each 2 silver sickles.

"We're always happy to help, Mrs. Claudia," they said bowing and thanking me.

I loved my house-elves. They were basically my best friends. I treat them like equals and give them a few silver galleons every time they help me with something. I don't see why people are so rude to them, like my parents. They are always feisty with the elves and never give them anything. They don't even say thank you.

"House-elves, come help your masters with our luggage this instant and then get in the car and wait for us," my father said glaring at them.

"Yes Mr. Windsor sir," they said bowing and then taking all of our luggage out to our car.

"Father they are waiting on us," I said glancing at the house-elves waiting patiently in the car.

"I see that Claudia. Now grab your wand and your broomstick and let's go," he said walking outside towards the car.

I took one last look at the house before I followed. The furniture and everything still inside. My father said he'd come back for that extra stuff later after I've gone to Hogwarts.

"Goodbye Windsor Manner," I whispered,"I'll miss you."

And with that I slowly walked outside and got into my car between my two house-elves with a sad expression on my face.

"Oh don't worry darling," my mother said turning to me from the passenger seat,"our new manor will be way larger than this one, it might even be bigger than Malfoy Manor."

I smirked when I heard it might be bigger than Malfoy Manor and then drifted off into a deep sleep, the smirk still plastered on my face.
