You're at the bottom of a cliff whenever something YOU try to lock away inside of you, tries to SHINE out.
You don't have a rope to help you up this cliff and no comforting hand to guide you.
But on the other side of this cliff is something you want to share with the ones you care about. So you start climbing.
As you climb its face, ideas that aren't yours are shoved in your way and beliefs that you are inclined to question are put in your hands
Expectations latch onto your legs and fear with its odd but lovely characteristic has appeared in front of you.
Blocking your progress.
It smiles at you with sparkling eyes full of doubt
And offers you comfort in conformation
It sings the sweet song of acceptance to you, the song that you have longed for.
However Despite his sweet lullaby, you refuse to reform and your heart refuses to change
But fear still stands in your path. So you decide to let go and fall.
However, instead of breaking against the rocks of statistics you land in a pool of dreams
Your dreams.
You want to stay here, alone with your dreams but society notices you "drowning" and pulls you out before you succumb to reckless thinking.
Alone and soaked with the moister of your dead dreams you sit down on the shore of the pool that held your dreams.
You here footsteps and look up to see fear standing in front of you.
He stoops down and kisses away your tears of disappointment before wrapping you in a tight embrace.
"Don't worry"
He says
"I'll stay with you"
Will you stay?
