Cierra's POV

The last day of school. Finally, I am graduating 10th grade.

I have lunch in 10 minutes then, 3 more periods then I'm out of school for the summer.

The bell rings for my lunch period.

As I walk to my locker my best friend Stella and her boyfriend Grayson meet up with me.

"Hey C" Stella says walking up to me holding hands with Grayson

"Hey babes" I say closing my locker and joining them to walk to the cafeteria

We walk into the cafeteria and I go into the line, buy a water and an apple and walk to our table where Grayson's twin brother, Ethan is sitting with his girlfriend McKenna, and two other of the popular couples, Justin and Melanie, and Dustin and Chrissy.

I sit down and start eating my apple while I just watch my ex, Giovani make out with his new girlfriend across the cafeteria.

"C, you've gotta stop thinking about him, think about what he did to you. He isn't worth your time" Stella says rubbing my shoulder as she sits down at the table

"Easier said than done" I say taking a big bite of my apple.

Giovani was my first love, and he cheated on me. But not with some random cheerleader, with one of my closest friends who I've known my whole life.

Gio and Macey used to be apart of our group. People call us 'The Click' but in reality we are just a group of 9 close friends, used to be 12.

We were all a couple.

Me, Stella, Grayson, Ethan, Macey, and Justin all grew up together. We live no more than 2 blocks away from each other.

Then in 6th grade Gio moved 2 doors down from me, he moved to Jersey from Indiana and he didn't know anyone.

I had a huge crush on him that just grew over the years. In 8th grade he asked me out and we were together until about 6 months ago.

When Gio cheated on me with Macey I went into a really dark place. About 2 days after me and Gio officially broke up him and Macey decided that they were going to start hanging out with the jocks and cheerleaders.

So that's when we lost them.

Devon was Macey's boyfriend from 6th grade. He was just a kid that didn't really talk to anyone.  Then one day Macey came over to Stella's house where we were all hanging out and she brought Devon and made it official to all of us.

Devon was a really nice guy, but in 8th grade he had to move to California for his dad's job. They kept in touch for about 2 weeks then Macey decided that she didn't want to be in a relationship anymore.
