Just A Little Love Affair

"C'mon Jessica!" Sarah was already standing in the door frame, the car keys in her hand, waiting for Jessica so they could head off to Danny's place together.

"Just a second... Alright I'm ready." Jessica came down the stairs wearing a black tight skirt and a dark red wide blouse which matched perfectly. Her makeup was slight because she saw no need in overdoing it for a simple BBQ. She slipped into her black heels and left the house.

This time Sarah was driving which gave Jessica enough time to order her curved hair which was still a little messy since she had left in a hurry caused by an impatient Sarah. When she was done she again pinned her locks behind her ears with her nude sunglasses; her favorite pair.

"Did you pack your bikini?" Sarah asked after a period of silence.

"I did... But I don't think I'm gonna need it..."

"What? You wanna go skinny dipping in Danny's new pool? Oooh I know who would like to see that..." She laughed.

"Argh you know what I meant! Damn I really hate you sometimes, Paulson..."

"Mhh... I love you too, babe." She blew a kiss into Jessica's direction to tease her. "Do you remember his house number?"

"No... But wait it's the white house at the end of the street. Over there! See it?"

"Yes... Oh there's Kathy's car. I think we're right."

They got out of the car and made their way to the huge garden entrance on the side. Kathy, Denis and Angela were already there. Angela was the first in her bikini, 'testing' the pool. Sarah and Jessica said their hellos to everyone when Danny came outside and welcomed them with some cocktails.

"You two look gorgeous." He kissed Jessica's cheek.

"Thanks." Jessica replied shyly.

"I'm inside preparing the dinner. Just make yourselves comfortable at or in the pool. I think the others will be here every second." With that he disappeared into the house again.

Right then Ryan and Brad arrived, followed by Evan, Emma and Lilly.

"C'mon Jessica." The whole cast was swimming by now just Jessica, Kathy and Brad were still sitting on the loungers, chatting.

"What?" She asked with a nervous laugh.

"Come in here!" Sarah yelled.

"... Gosh you're annoying! ... Okay..." Jessica went inside the house to change into her bikini, actually not really in the mood to go swimming.

On her way back out she walked past the slightly open kitchen door. Inside was Danny humming along the radio while preparing some salad for dinner. She immediately had to smirk at her view. He was just wearing swim trunks and an apron. She opened the door and stepped behind him. Jessica admired the muscles on his bare back and arms for a second before she laid her hand on his naked shoulder cautiously, not to scare him.

"Oh hey." Danny jumped slightly and turned to face her. He couldn't stop his eyes from wandering down her body. She was just wearing her black bikini and a scarf around her hip. He couldn't really believe his eyes. She was a beautiful woman, he knew that, but the reality of her nearly naked figure was even more intoxicating than what one could expect she was hiding under her clothes.

"How can I help you?"

"Huh? With what?"

"Dinner... what else?"

"Oh of course... Ehm... Well first we need to get you something to wear so I can concentrate and won't chop my finger off."

Jessica's cheeks turned red and she didn't know what to answer to his blunt statement.

"I'm... I'm sorry... You know that was a compliment, Jess."

"Oh yes I know. I just didn't know what to say." She laughed nervously.

"Well you don't have to."

"It's just... Oh never mind! So what can I do?"

"It's what?"

"Well... It's been a while since someone last said something like that to me. That's all."

"You should be told more often... Wow really Jessica..." He gladly caught himself staring at her boobs which were pushed together by her bikini top a second before she could notice. "Just have fun outside and let me concentrate."

"But I'd like to help. I feel so bad seeing you working your ass off in here while we're all outside in your garden having fun without you. By the way it's an amazing house you have here."

"Thanks. But you're my guest, you don't need to help. Just go outside."

"Fine... I'll leave..."

"I'm sorry Jess. I didn't want to sound rude... I guess I'm not as good in complementing as I thought..."

"Oh don't be... I'm fine... And you're doing pretty well... as far as I can say..."

Then a moment of silence followed, only the radio was still playing in the back. They both just looked each other in the eyes before Jessica broke the gaze and looked down to the floor.

"So... ehm... Call me if you change your mind about my offer to help, okay?"

"Thanks..."

Jessica left the kitchen and exhaled loudly after she was far enough away from Danny.
