Daughter of the Green Lantern Book 2

I started to follow Heall, he was kinda going out of my view since we were in the clouds but then I felt a flash of pain hit my stomach and I started to fall, I looked up and saw Heall laughing and he flew away and out of my view.

"Dammit!" I cursed and flew up high into the clouds so I could see where he was, he was certainly out of my view.

I looked around until I saw a red light in the clouds below me, I began to follow it and I knew that it was Heall, I ran into him causing him to loose control of flying and start falling from the sky, I flewafter him and we then landed on the ground, he landed with a thud and when I landed I didn't make a sound, I then walked over to him.

"The battle is not over." I said and he got up

"It has just started." Heall said getting out his sword and swung it at me, I made a sword with my ring and swung back, I got him and he put his sword down and flew up throwing me back a little from the impact ad I fell with a thud, it took the wind out of me and I got up, I then flew up too and chased after him.

He was going to planet Os, I had to make sure he didn't destroy anything so I flew faster but when I got there he had already began to destroy half the planet and had a hostage, I stood a few feet away from him.

"Dont' come closer or I will kill him." Heall said and backed up while I just stood there, not walking, just standing.

He then put his hand onto the electricity handle, if he pulled that then I would loose my powers, I couldn't have him drain my powers.

"Heall, don't touch that!" I yelled and he smirked and wrapped his hand around the handle, I didn't want him to hurt the hostage but I also didn't want him to pull that handle.

"What? This?" He asked and pulled it, I could feel my powers draining and fell to the ground, Heall let go of the hostage and walked over to me, he then kicked me in my stomach.

"That was for your dad." He said and he then kicked me again

"That was for coming back in his place." Heall said and I held onto my stomach wishing that I had my powers and he wasn't kicking me.

He then grabbed me by the hair and picked me up and threw me to the ground, it hurt badly and I couldn't do anything to stop it, I didn't have my powers, I needed to get to that electricity handle and fast, I couldn't bare to have him throw me around anymore, it hurt.

I pulled myself to the handle and Heall walked over to me and stepped on my hand, I slide my hand out from under his boot and turned on my back, I looked up at him.

"You will never win, bad guys never win." I said and smirked, it was true, the bad guy never won and Heall won't win either.

"Are you sure, cause I think I might." Heall said laughing and started to kick me some more and I started to cringe some more, the weight on his boot was starting to become unbearable and it really hurt, I couldn't take it much longer.

"Heall, stop." I said and he looked at me and laughed,

"What did you say?" He asked and I opened my eyes and made my vice sound clearer.

I said, get off of me!" I yelled and pushed his boot off of me and got back up but got punched and felt my lip, blood was pouring, I dindn't care though, I had to get to that electricity handle, but how?
