Prologue
The year was 2020; there was peace throughout all the countries... But all good things come to an end. By the year 2021 WWIII had started. Germany, Japan, China, Russia, and Korea had joined together making an almost invincible army. They called themselves New World. It was the biggest war we'd ever had, continents were destroyed, countries where taken over and enslaved, millions died.
It had been three years and America had survived, and was able to fight back against New World. We thought we were safe, but we were wrong. New World had infiltrated our government and was able to move up our ranks, before we knew it they were everywhere. They had taken over the National Guard and let in thousands of New Worlds men. Within a year our government had fallen and we were taken over. Thousands were sent to labor camps, even more were killed.
Those who survived their attacks were known as the U.S. Resistance. The only others who could still fight back were the UK, Australia, and Israel. Together we had allied with each other, but we were too late they had almost completely cut us off from one another. New World nearly took Australia but they had managed to build a wall around themselves cutting off everyone from them before New World could takeover. New World knew that they couldn't nuke them for if this war was to go nuclear Australia would be the only ones to survive the nuclear fallout. Australia knew this and was able to have peace and make new weapons and technology that one day might win the war. But they were still far from doing this.
We, here in America, were on our own with very little help from the outside. Hope was nearly lost when they killed the President, but then hope was restored when we found a large mountain right above a large abandoned coal mine that was filed with Ion-plasma. The mountain and Ion-plasma would shield us from New World. Within a year our new headquarters were up and running, we were now able to make new weapons with more power. There were two thousand people, fighters and civilians that we had moved to the mountain. We named it, Mount Last Hope. The year is now 2026 and the war is far from over.
