Misty's POV
As I knocked on the door of the address I had been given, I felt nervous. All I knew was the name. A raven haired boy answered the door. "Who are you?" the boy asked. "I'm Misty. I am looking for Ash Ketchum?" I said. "That would be me. What do you want?" Ash replied rudely. That's my future husband?! "Oh! You must be Misty! Come on in!" a older woman said inviting me inside. "I'm Delia Ketchum. Nice to meet you." she said as I walked in. My suit case was put down as I sat on the couch. It felt so comfy compared to the one back at home. "So, who is she Mom?" Ash asked. "That's your future wife. The one you have that arranged marriage with." Mrs. Ketchum replied smiling. "Her?! But she's not even attractive!" Ash shouted. Veins popped out my head. "Excuse me, but who do you think you're calling unattractive?" I asked trying to keep my cool. "You of course. Who'd marry someone with orange hair in a childish ponytail anyway?" Ash replied to me rudely. I got up and stared at him. A dark aura has surrounded my body and then smiled. Ash looks frightened for a moment and frowned. "Not to add, she's weird." Ash said going into the kitchen. "OKAY, ASH KETCHUM! I HAVEN'T EVEN KNOWN YOU FOR 10 MINUTES AND YOU INSULT ME LIKE I'M NOT HERE?! I COULD THROW BACK ALL THE INSULTS YOU JUST SAID AND-" Before I could finish Mrs. Ketchum patted my back and sat me back down. "Now, Now...No need for violence, Misty. Ash sometimes doesn't realize what he says." she said.
"Ash, be a dear and bring Misty's suitcase into your room, please." Mrs. Ketchum asks. "Okay, wait WHAT?! Why my room?!" Ash asked. "Didn't I say do it anyway?" Mrs. Ketchum asked again firmly revealing the scariest glare of all time. I could feel the chill going up his spine. "Yes ma'am." Ash said hurriedly up the stairs. Mrs. Ketchum smiled again as if nothing happened. "Could you explain the whole marriage thing?" I asked softly. "Why, of course. You see, you're parents signed a contract with me agreeing to have our son and daughter marry when they are 15 years old. Unfortunately, Ash turns 15 a month from now. You're wedding is the weekend of his birthday and you'll be moving in from here. But the catch is...you must be expecting within 6 months of the marriage..." she says finishing.
"Expecting...as in having a baby?" I ask cringing at the thought. "Yeah...and one more thing. You'll be sleeping with Ash. His room was renovated so there's a big bed there. There's enough room for you to be comfortable." Mrs. Ketchum said. Well, its about time to go to bed. Go ahead and get situated." she said yawning lightly. I got upstairs and when into the open room. There Ash was, with no shirt laying on the bed next to a Pikachu. He could at least acknowledge my presence... I reached for my suitcases and looked my PJ's. I found my thigh length shorts and a fitted spaghetti strap shirt. I went to go change but then realized Ash was there. "Where's the bathroom?" I asked. "Downstairs and out the door. Its right in here stupid." he scoffed. I glared and decided I wouldn't reply.
I changed and came back out to meet Ask staring me down. I looked at him in disgust. I went to the other side of the bed and laid out my Pokemon on the desk. "Goodnight, Psyduck, Star-mi, Star-yu, Magickarp, and poliwag." I say softly before lifting the covers up. The bright yellow and brown striped Pokemon sat on my lap. I pet it. "Pika!" she said. "Aren't you cute~" I say. "Give me my Pikachu." orders Ash. "It's time for you to go to your obnoxious trainer..." I say with veins popping out once again. I could hear Ash sounding like he built up anger. Pikachu slowly returned and couldn't help but make Ash smile. I turn around. "Goodnight, Ash." I say quietly. "Night?" he replies. Oh crap! I said that out loud! At least he was nice enough to respond. I smiled and closed my eyes.
The next morning..
"Mistyyy..." a voice said. the noise woke me up. It was Ash staring at me. "Breakfast is ready." Ash said. "Oh, I'll be down soon." I say stretching. Ash sighed and walked out of the room, closing the door behind him. It's another day living with Ash, was it going to be easy? There is now 29 days left until the wedding. I decided to get up out of bed, and wash up. I pulled my shirt off and shorts and then went in the shower. I sung an old tune my mother would sing to us when I was younger. I came out the bathroom and ran by my suitcase to find my next set of clothes. I decided to wear a yellow top that exposed my stomach and some jean shorts with suspenders. It was more of my style.
