"Katie, if you want to go to college then your gonna have to get a job and help pay. Your mom is just starting her new business and money is short right now." Explained my dad.
"Finee." I signed and made my way upstairs.
My name is Katie Summers. I'm not rich, although I wish I was and I want to go to college so I can live out my dream of becoming a marine biologist. I have always loved sea creatures. I'm 18 and live in Colorado. Life was simple, except for the fact that I was shy. I didn't have many friends. And got scared easily. But anyway. I need a job.

I get home after searching my town for any jobs. Apparently they are all taken. I pull into my driveway and walk up to my front door where I see a flyer on the "Welcome Mat". I remove the rock that is holding it down and read it.
Excepting job applications for a camp counselor at Camp Hollow! Ages 16 and up! Please join us for a 8 week summer camp on beautiful lake.
I ran into the house with joy and jumped onto a computer to send in my application.

It's been a little over an hour and my application is sent and I here the front door open. It's my mom.
"Sweetie! I'm home!" She calls.
"Hi mom!" I say running to her.
"Well your in a good mood. Did you find a job?" My mom asked.
"Yes! I sent in an application for a camp counselor and Camp Hollow!" I explained.
"Well hopefully you will get the job." My mom says.

After dinner I showered and watched Netflix. Typical. I soon found myself getting very tired after a long day of job hunting, so I finally put Netflix away and went to sleep.
