I lay on the hard bed of my cell which is basically just a piece of metal with a blanket waiting for today's 'daily torture'.

I've been here for about two years. Why? Because I killed one of the members years ago that killed my family first. I'm in here because of revenge.

Now when they finally found me the Phantom Troupe captured me and have been torturing me for two years. Honestly I don't see why they can't just kill me. There just putting me out of my misery.

Any minute now I was expecting Chrollo or Feitan or anyone else to come and beat me. It was dark in the cell but I could make out the bruises and scars that were on my arms and legs and probably my face too.

I waited another ten minutes but no one ever came. Maybe they forgot? I doubt it, although I wouldn't mind if they did.

A few more minutes passed when I heard lots of banging and screaming. It sounded like there was a fight going on. I got off my bed and picked my handcuffs off with my teeth (they never knew I could do that).

I went over to the bars that separated the cell and the outside of there base and tried to look around to see what was going on.

I couldn't see what exactly what was going on since it was dark but it looked like someone was beating up some of the Troupe members with chains. I heard them talking a lot about something about a chain user but never understood what that meant. I guess this is what they were talking about.

I couldn't tell what the person looked like but the shoulder length blond hair stood out. After more screams and fighting everything went quiet. I heard footsteps come near my cell and I quickly ran back to my bed.

The boy with blonde hair was facing my cell with a key and opened it. I didn't know what to do so I just sat there. He walked closer to me and put his hand out to mine.

"My name is Kurapika Kurta, what's yours"?
