It was Friday. We had 5 minutes left of class. I looked around bored because 5 minutes is like an extra hour to my teacher Mrs. Rodriguez, and I saw my friend Lily singing to herself. Nothing new. I laughed and almost got in trouble. Lily was a friend I met on my first day at Hillside Middle School. The bell rang and the class was dismissed. Ugh. 7th grade was the worst. So much drama. So much homework. So many problems.

I grabbed my backpack and binder out of my locker after I exited the math class. I waited by Lily's locker since she was riding bus 18 back with me to spend the night. She grabbed her stuff and we walked out the doors and on to...the bus. And I thought school was bad enough. I'm having second thoughts now that I got on the bus.

She pulled out her phone so we can distract ourselves from the paper tossing and screaming. She got on her favorite app Musical.ly she had a new update on featured. When she scrolled up there was a new Musical.ly of a boy who's smile made us smile and who's laugh made us laugh. Even though I didn't know who he was he still seemed perfect. Something about him made us feel warm inside and sent chills up our body. She followed him and looked on his page we watched his Musical.lys the whole ride. When we got to my stop we ran off the bus and up to my hurricane of a room.

We did some research and found out his name was Jonas. Jonas Bridges. He posted a new Musical.ly video saying that he posted a new YouTube video. We had no idea he did YouTube! We went on YouTube and typed in Jonas Bridges. We watched a video and found out he lived in our state! Georgia! He lived in our town too! He made us laugh and he made us...happy for once. We loved his hair, his eyes, his voice his...everything. after Lily left It was Friday. We had 5 minutes left of class.
