A New Digital World

It was just a normal day in Tokyo, the streets were busy and a red haired boy was walking home from school, until his phone started going off he checked it and nothing was ringing it was just static 'Hmm that is weird' he said to himself as he just ignored it and put it back in his pocket continuing his walk home putting a hand through his hair and yawning closing his chocolaty brown eyes.

Not long after he reached his house, he lived with his father who was basically a workaholic so he would barely see him after their mother disappeared, but that was 5 years ago but the fiery haired male was still missing her. Once again his phone was going off, this time he checked it again but there was no static just a silhouette of a creature, too blurry make out what the thing was until a voice came out from no where "You want to live in a new world Derek?" The voice asked,  as Derek looked around "What new world?....How do you know my name?" He asked trying to find out where the voice was coming from as he looked at his phone again.

"Do you want to save the Digital Universe?" It said asking a different question sound quite masculine but was still a little glitchy, "What are you talking about......save what Universe" he replies really confused at this point not sure what was going on and if this was some sort of prank because he had heard this voice before not remembering where it came from "Do you want to save your mother?" It asked making Derek's eyes widen.
"You know where my mother is.....Where is she!" Derek shouted at the phone.
"Do you want to save your mother?" The voice asked as Derek agreed.
"Yes...Yes I want to save my mother" He said not thinking of anything except seeing his mother again but before he could say anything else, he started to scream as he was getting sucked into his phone his body before pieces of digital data but he was still human, flashes of blue, green and red were surrounding him as it seemed like he was in a black hole before a white exit could be seen, the tunnel was almost at an end as it shot Derek out but with the sudden flash of light made Derek's eyes shut, he opened them when he felt wind blow into his face as he screamed again. He was falling from the sky.

The male fell until he fell into a pond which softened his fall a little but the strange thing was it didn't hurt that much and it was like a 100 feet drop from the sky, Derek composed himself as he calmed down catching his breath, he looked up at everything shooting up 'Where am I?' He said to himself again before he heard a higher pitch voice which made the boy turn around to see where it came from, and on the bank it looked like a stuff animal with a horn was talking to him, "Who are you mister?" The stuffed animal spoke again tilting its head, the left ear raised as the creatures left arm raised as well, the thing was waving making Derek faint falling back.
