The Bus Stop

The day began as a regular school day for the high schoolers.
Only it was a special day. The last day of school. All of the gang gathered around in one, the courtyard.
A new version of the court yard making it larger than the school.
Everyone was there, Jasmine, Jonas, Erika, Briar, Josh, JT, Teresa, Kassie and many more.
Two more people were there as well.
Ruben and Beatrice.
They had become best friends ever since they started talking to each other online. The day went by and soon school was over.
Everyone decided to go and celebrate at the movies in Eastport plaza.
After the movie, half of the gang left for home while the other half went to Dollar tree, to see what kind of bad goods were there. Little by little most of the gang left as well until there was only Josh, JT, Bobby, Ruben and Beatrice left, wandering around the store it was getting late, so Beatrice said she was going to leave, she asked Ruben if he wanted to ride the bus together since they had to take the same bus to get to each others house.
Ruben decided to stick with the guys, and soon Beatrice left for the bus stop.
Ruben soon realized that "it was too dark" and he thought "it wasnt safe being out there alone", meaning this was his chance at possibly confessing his feelings towards her and possibly asking her out once again, he had tried asking her out in freshman year, but he never heard a response, he understood her reaction, if there was any, yet was still disapointed.
So, Ruben bid farewell to the guys and dashed towards the bus stop, he saw a bus coming, he thought it was too late but it was only a bus going to the garage.
He managed to find Beatrice in a surprising crowd at the bus stop.
"Oh, hi Ruben..uh..i thought you were staying with the guys", she said.
"My mom texted me and said for me to get back home, so, here i am", he replied.
But he was lying, in reality he just wanted some time alone with her.
He called the bus number to see how long it would take for it to arrive.
67 minutes. He sighed and told Beatrice how long until thr bus was here.
She sighed as well and sat down on a bench.
Ruben sat down next to her.
They started talking about what they would be doing this summer and Pokemon and anime.
Soon, Ruben noticed that she was getting tired and he told her that she could take a quick nap and he would wake her up when the bus arrived.
She nodded and rested her head on Ruben's shoulder.
She fell fast asleep.
Ruben's face was bright red, but he tried contain himself until the bus arrived.
Several minutes passed, he started feel tried as well.
He set up an alarm to make sure he woke up in time for the bus and quickly fell asleep.
A few minutes passed and Beatrice woke up.
She noticed that Ruben fell asleep.
He started moving around and accidentally his head fell on Beatrice's lap.
Beatrice blushed and pulled her hand back.
She was processing the situation she was in, yet the the moment she put her hand on Ruben's head she left relived and soon she leaned over for a quick kiss, just one and very quick, yet when she was close enough, Ruben's alarm went off, he sprang up and his lips meet Beatrice's.
They were trapped in a long, quiet and sensational kiss, the moment they both dreamed off, finally here at last. They were so wrapped up in the moment, Ruben didn't bother to look at his phone to snooze the alarm.
They look at each other for what seemed like hours yet it was only 2 minutes, the bus had arrived.
They were almost silent on the way home, because they had nothing to say, them lookin at each other said a thousand words
They officially started dating after that and they did almost everything together.
Soon, every day after work, they sat on the couch all day watching anime, eating pizza and drinking soda or juice.
They knew their relationship was going to last a lifetime and they knew it was going to be an awesome adventure.
