Devin sat there while tapping her fingers together. A nervous habit that she had gotten from her mother. She was in her bedroom, her earphones in her ears and basically turned up full blast. She wasn't too proud of herself at the moment. Like normal she had gotten a bad mark on her report card and her parents were not happy with her. At all. She thought it was ridiculous though with how she got in all the trouble but none of her other siblings do.
Right once she had gotten home she had been attacked with questions. Her siblings had gotten home before her, after over hearing her fight with her teacher. She had two twin brothers that were a year younger than her and an older brother that was 5 years older. They all picked on her and always seemed like they were the victims, which made Devin get in trouble a lot and it made it hardly stand able to be home. As much as she loved her parents, she never wanted to be home and was mainly out with her friend; Leo.
At the moment her parents were fighting about what they were going to do with Devin since she always seemed to be the 'trouble child'. It wasn't new to them with her. She always seemed to be causing trouble to them, as much as she claimed that it wasn't her fault.

"What are we going to do with her?" Devin's mom sighed, "Her behavior can't keep up like this. It just can't. Everyone is worried about her. And she is always out with that boy... Leo." She frowned and shook her head. She had never trusted Leo since he was in a bad group of friends. She always heard stories from the twins how they were out smoking, drinking, partying or something else that teenagers really shouldn't be doing.
Devins dad shook his head. "I know what we can do. We can whip some shape into that kid. Ground her even. This has been going on for way too long." He snapped. He was clearly in a bad mood. Whenever this came up with her he was in a bad mood about it. Why wouldn't he be? In his eyes he sees her as someone who doesn't care and doesn't try.
"Lance enough. She knows whats right and wrong she just need someone to guide her. Maybe we are a little too hard on her..." She sighed again and looked down. She felt bad for her poor daughter at the same time. She had the benefit of the doubt. Also meaning that for no matter what she seemed to be blamed.
"Well, Cary, until she smartens up or she proves that it isn't her doing, then we wont be as hard on her. How about this as a punishment; she isn't coming out with us next time e go out for dinner or something." He said proudly and crossed his arms over his chest.
Cary shook her head. He was so full of himself. Sometimes she wondered why she even married him. "I have to go to work. You do whatever you find fit." She said and turned, waving him off and walking over to the closet and grabbing her coat and boots. She pushing through all of the boys coats and Lances coats and sweaters. She found her coat at the back and her shoes buried in everyone else's. She sighed when she noticed that none of Devin's things were in there. The poor girl...
