20th of September 2015.
The Road trip begins for Brooklyn as she makes her way up to Surrey to her best friends house. little does Taylor know that the real reason Brooklyn is coming up is because she is taking her on a road trip for her eighteenth birthday. Brooklyn has planned a trip round Ireland, this is a place that Taylor has always wanted to visit. This is one of the many trips that the girls have planned together for Brooklyn's nineteenth the girls are going to Bora Bora.
Taylor's POV:
Brooklyn is on her way up to my house she is coming to stay for a few days as she cant celebrate my birthday on the 25th. Brooklyn is my best friend, we have been friends for just over 4 years we met through mutual friends. Brooklyn is eighteen, nineteen in January, She has long dark brown hair and brown eyes. She is average height and weight for a women, she has such a bubbly character. She gets on with anyone and everyone. She has a care free personality she couldn't care less about what people say/ think about her. I am honestly so excited to see Brooklyn as I haven't seen her since June and just being with her is such a laugh. To be honest if Brooklyn got a boyfriend I don't know what I would do because we don't see each other enough as it is, I mean it is pretty hard when you are studying to be a social worker and she is working in the nursery full time now she is fully qualified in level 3 childcare. In addition she is a very family orientated person she and her little sister have such a good bond, she would do anything for little Mackenzie. As for me I am tall so when we are together its like little and large. I have shoulder length light brown and blonde dip dye hair, this is a recent change I have made. I have green eye I have been told there are my best features. Me and Brooklyn have similar personality's especially when it comes to getting on with anyone and everyone. I would say I am one who worries a bit more about what people think compared to Brooklyn. however the difference between me and Brooklyn has to be the fact I can actually stand on my own two feet. Brooklyn is the most accident pron person I know.
Brooklyn's POV:
I've been in the car for about 20 minutes it takes about an hour and 20 minutes to get to Taylor's house from Brighton. everyone knows in her family that I have planned this trip but Tay. so mummy Johnson is packing a suitcase for our seven day tour of Ireland. Its all been planned so Tay wont know anything till we get to the ferry and we are on our way over to Ireland. I am going to leave my keys in the kitchen so that they can put the suitcase in my boot and I am going to suggest to Tay we go get a McDonald so we have to go in the car, then the journey begins I am so excited to see her reaction its going to be priceless. I am about 20 minutes away, and I am so ready to go in this trip! I know as soon as Taylor gets in my car we are going to have the music so loud! At the moment I am jamming out to sex by cheat codes, I have my phone on shuffle so who knows what could be next we could go back old school with something like the calling wherever you will go. But to be completely honest I love a good old song they are so good! I'm sure I am born in the wrong period of time. I should be a lot older.
*Arriving at Taylor's*
I pull up in my white Corsa outside Taylor's house gathering all my belongings in to my bag before entering the madness. I miss the Johnson's household when I am at home in Brighton, the madness of the twins running round, Harvey and Layla make me laugh so much when I go up to visit them, cant believe they are two now, feels like yesterday Tay told me about being a big sister again. as I knock on the big blue door I can already hear the twins and i'm not even inside yet. as the door opens I am being squashed by two little people and two bigger people this is complete and utter madness its so good to be back with the people I love. The excitement is building up so much now as Tay still have no idea what is actually going on. we are currently stood in the kitchen, Tay is making a cuppa and we are going to have a catch up as its only midday, so I cant really suggest a maccies yet and her bags aren't in my car. I remembered to put my keys in the kitchen tho so everything can now run how its meant to.
"Tay wanna go for a maccies in a bit cos I haven't eaten and I am proper craving it"
"oii Brooklyn is there something you ain't telling us?" mummy Johnson replied raising one eyebrow
"I can promise you now there is no baby. More to the point I have not got a boyfriend I am really not as stupid as I may look at first glance" and everyone wonders why I miss this lot. they are straight up with it. on the other hand Taylor didn't not agree to a maccies so this is really working in my favor.
The girls are finally in the car on the way to McDonald's little does Taylor know this is all a set up just to get her in the car so that they can start the journey to Ireland. Brooklyn is beginning to worry about her reaction what if she doesn't want to go, it is something she has always wanted to do.
A/N hometown will be in this but after a few chapters i don't want to bring them straight in as it wont match the story line. i will do Josh's POV for chapter 3 or 4 haven't decided yet. anyway hope you enjoy the first chapter - Lucy x
