章 (Chapter) 4: Hidden side~隠された側面

"This is to remember our promise to one another," Taekwoon explained, "I will marry you Lee Izumi...even if it costs me my career, family and friends"

Izumi starts to cry and she nods in reply, Taekwoon place the ring on her left ring finger and kisses her hand. "I truly love you Izumi, and nothing will change that" he whispered. Izumi smiles as tears run down her face, Taekwoon gets tissues and wipes her tears away.

"I love you too, Taekwoon. I love you so much" she declared.

Izumi closed her eyes and giggled, but then Taekwoon place his lips on her lips. Izumi opened her eyes in shock, but then she willingly kisses Taekwoon back. When they finally released from their kiss, Taekwoon smiles and gently stroked Izumi's right cheek.

"Nothing can keep us apart, my love for you is infinite" he declared.

All of a sudden, the car stopped and they arrived at the filming studio. When the door was opened, cameras and interviewers were everywhere. Two bodyguards held the journalists and cameras away from Taekwoon and Izumi as they made their way into the studio, when they entered the studio both Taekwoon and Izumi saw that the director was relieved to see them.

"Yamashita-san! Saiko-san! You made-" he paused when he saw the ring on Izumi's hand. He jumped for joy and cheered. "Saiko-san, when did you propose to Yamashita-san?" he asked.

Taekwoon was about to answer until the director paused him, "This is great! We finally have an extra event to happen in the series! An actual wedding!!" he exclaimed.

The director turned to the film crew and smiled, "Everyone! Congratulate Saiko-san and Yamashita-san for their engagement!!" he announced. The entire crew cheered and congratulated Izumi and Taekwoon, everyone except Mikoto.

Mikoto place on a fake smile and walked up to Izumi. "Yamashita-chan, can I speak with you for a moment?" she asked. Izumi was about to go with Mikoto until Taekwoon stepped in front of her, he looked at Mikoto with a disgusted expression. "I've read your texts to Hanami, and they were vulgar! I'm not allowing my future wife to be harassed by an actress who doesn't know how to hold her tongue!" he offended.

Mikoto was shocked and started trembling. "I thought we would be together, Nathan! I've known you longer than this bitch! I've been by your side since the beginning of your acting career!" she protested. Mikoto starts to cry and her mascara starts to run down her face. "How can you fall in love with a girl who you've only met one week ago?!" she complained.

Taekwoon looked at Mikoto then at Izumi, "You have been with me since I first started acting and it's right for you to think that there was a chance for us," he agreed, "but...I've known Hanami since we were children and being able to catch up on each other's lives and seeing who she really is on stage and off reminded me that feeling I had for her when we were younger...". He looked at Izumi and kissed her lightly on her lips. "And that feeling was love"

Izumi smiles at Taekwoon and hugs his left arm, but Mikoto was still crying and she looked at Izumi full of hate.

"You'll pay for taking my Nathan away from me!" she threatened.

Mikoto walked to her mirror and got her make redone, then the director got everyone's attention. "Ok! That's enough of that drama, everyone! Let's start shooting this scene!" he dictated.
