Chapter 1

Friday 4:54pm

"Brooklyn!" I shout from my bedroom shutting off my laptop "we have to go out to buy new clothes for magcon!" I shout louder. I wait a few minutes for a reply, nothing. I walked down stair and I was immediately blown away by the sound of the music she was blasting. "Brooklyn!!!!" I shout louder, "turn this off oh my gosh!" I walk into her room and disconnect her phone from her speaker. "Don't we have to go get clothes for magcon?" I say again. "Uh yeah, wait in the car I'll be out in a Second I just have to do the last touches on my makeup" I slide on my flip flops and walk towards her car. I decided to call my best friend kaitlynn. She doesn't live here, she's from Germany.  "I'm going shopping for magcon tomorrow" I tell her. "Have fun babe! You're gonna have an awesome time! I remember when I met Hunter." She says. "You and Hunter were literal goals it was adorable!" I say drifting off into my fantasy thinking about how cute They were. "Just wait til you two meet! It's gonna be so cute" "ich liebe dich du bist mein star!" She says. "I love you too my star..." I say laughing then hang up. Brooklyn finally came out. She is a pain sometimes but she's the only one I have. After my parents got in that accident,  things have never been the same. They couldn't care for me. They're in the hospital still so I stay with Brooklyn. She's my older sister (19) me and Brooklyn were very close. We both like the guys in magcon so it just made our bond better. She wanted to go to meet Cameron and I wanted to meet Hunter and Brandon. It all worked out perfectly. As we were getting closer to the mall I decided to post an edit to my fan account "can't wait to see him tomorrow and tell him how much he means to me" is what I caption it. "Brooke is this good?" I say showing her the edit and the caption. "You really gotta show me how to edit karleigh! That's amazing" she replies turning a corner. I put my phone as we park and get out of car. We decided to stop at Starbucks before we went shopping so Waiting in line I decided to use my phone. "Hunterrowland has liked your video" he always likes my photos and videos but for some reason I still freak out. "BROOKLYN HE LIKED MY EDIT!" I say doing the "ansnanndnsnsnnnskdn" thing in real life. Before I know it it's our turn to order so I told the bartender what I would like (peppermint mocha with a chocolate straw) and Brooklyn did the same. We got our drinks and walked into H&M and Charolette russe. I found 5 shirts total and they were all really cute so I bought them. After me and brooklyns little shopping spree we went home and tried to figure out how we were going to our makeup. It may not seem like not a lot of effort, but when a girl wants to do her makeup little do you know she thinks of it the day before she does it. "Karleigh PLEASE tell me you're doing your eyeliner like that tomorrow!" Brooklyn basically yelled to me. "I-i was thinking about it" I said confused as to why she wanted me too. It wasn't even that good.  "You're doing it" she says. I just shook my head and walked out. Looks like I'm all set and ready to meet the love of my life tomorrow...
I'm excited, but is it bad that I'm a bit scared?
