I rubbed my clammy hands together as I made my way to the Council Chamber, about meet my Jedi Master.

I've been running rogue for five years, up until now when I decided I wanted to follow in my fathers footsteps as a Jedi.

My father was a very honored Jedi, one of the best. But that all ended when I witnessed the life leave his eyes as General Grievous stabbed a light saber through his heart.

Since then I've had no home, no parents. My mother left me after his death, saying she couldn't handle seeing my face every day, telling me it reminded her of his. 

Selfish bitch.

I snapped out of my thoughts as I noticed I had almost reached the door. Letting a deep breath out, I stepped forward, causing the doors to part with a light hiss, revealing Mace Windu, and my future Master, Anakin Skywalker.

Next to Anakin stood Obi-Wan Kenobi, his old Padawan Master.

I stepped inside, and was greeted by Master Windu immediately. I'd recognized his face, he use to work along side my father all the time.

"Welcome, young Terrix. It's nice to see a familiar face such as yours again." He smiled.

"Same goes for you, Master Windu." I said smiling back.

"I assume your Master would want to get you into training as soon as possible, so I'll leave you to make your acquaintances." He said, looking to Anakin and then back to me.

I bowed before him, before he left the room, the doors swooshing as they closed behind him.

"Hello Hera, I can sense the force is strong with you. I'll train you to become an excellent Jedi someday." Anakin said, giving me a small smile and nod.

"Thank you Master, I'm honored to be taught by someone as amazing as you." I replied.

"This is my old Master, General Obi-Wan Kenobi." Anakin introduced, motioning his hand to Obi-Wan.

"Greetings, young one. Anakin was right, I sense a very bright future in you." Obi-Wan said with a smile, grasping his hands around mine.

"It's a pleasure, General Kenobi."

With that Obi-Wan had left too, leaving me and Anakin alone.

"Your training will begin tomorrow." Anakin begun as he made his way towards the door, trailing me behind his tall figure.

"So rest up tonight, we have an apartment already set up for you, that's where you will be staying from now on." He said, turning around and handing me a key.

We continued to walk until we reached what I'm guessing was my apartment.

"Goodnight Master." I said with a nervous smile.

"Goodnight Hera, sleep tight." He said turning and walking away.

I unlocked my room and plopped down on the bed.

I hadn't even started training and was already exhausted, with how much Master Skywalker intimidated me I sweat as if I had ran 2 miles.

After changing into my night wear I got under the comforting covers of my bed, and slowly drifted to sleep as the warm sunset of Coruscant faded away into a darker night.
