A familiar jingle fills the studio as the JFA logo scrawls across the giant LED screen before the cameras zoom in on the three-man panel onstage.
Ryan runs his usual lines. "Tanghaliang puno ng saya, sorpresa at pag-asa. Yan ang hatid ng Juan For All, All For Juan."
Alden follows. "Sa ngayon, meron na tayong dalawampu't apat na plastic na silya para sa Plastic Ni Juan Project na naipon natin. Yes, Maine and I are in a relationship at ipamimigay natin ang mga plastic na silya sa mga eskwelahan ating sama samang tutulungan."
Ryan ducks his head to hide his grin.
Bossing continues sipping his coffee like there's nothing out of the ordinary.
The audience looks around, bewildered. "Ano daw?"
Quick-thinking fans whip out their smartphones and go online. The shrieking starts when somebody locates a 10-second clip replaying Alden's announcement. "Sila na!"
The screaming escalates when Maine sends out a one-word tweet to her 3.5 million followers. True.
It takes the floor director and her crew fifteen minutes to quiet down the studio audience.
