A Short Story

Rufino Bailey looked at the spotty blade in his hands and felt stressed.
He walked over to the window and reflected on his green surroundings. He had always hated damp New York with its shaky, sour swamps. It was a place that encouraged his tendency to feel stressed.
Then he saw something in the distance, or rather someone. It was the figure of Kathy Sparrow. Kathy was a rude monster with greasy fingernails and wide legs.
Rufino gulped. He glanced at his own reflection. He was a snooty, brutal, Vodka drinker with sloppy fingernails and moist legs. His friends saw him as a doubtful, drab doctor. Once, he had even made a cup of tea for a strange chicken.
But not even a snooty person who had once made a cup of tea for a strange chicken, was prepared for what Kathy had in store today.
The rain hammered like rampaging koalas, making Rufino cross.
As Rufino stepped outside and Kathy came closer, he could see the great smile on her face.
"I am here because I want a wifi code," Kathy bellowed, in a deranged tone. She slammed her fist against Rufino's chest, with the force of 415 maggots. "I frigging hate you, Rufino Bailey."
Rufino looked back, even more cross and still fingering the spotty blade. "Kathy, I ate your puppy," he replied.
They looked at each other with irritable feelings, like two rich, rainy rabbits partying at a very violent rave, which had Vapor wave music playing in the background and two cold-blooded uncles gyrating to the beat.
Rufino studied Kathy's greasy fingernails and wide legs. Eventually, he took a deep breath. "I'm sorry, but I can't give you a wifi code," he explained, in pitying tones.
Kathy looked unstable, her body raw like a sneezing, shallow sausage.
Rufino could actually hear Kathy's body shatter into 5785 pieces. Then the rude monster hurried away into the distance.
Not even a shot of Vodka would calm Rufino's nerves tonight.
