Ally's Diary

Dear Diary,

This week was amazing. In fact, I have a new life. As you know I love dancing and love watching Dance Moms. This new life is going to be all dancing. So lets start with Monday.

Flashback:

I woke up super early because today was my birthday. Every year for one of our family members birthday the others get something that the birthday kid has worked hard for. This year I have worked really hard to get almost as good as the dancers on Dance Moms. When I woke up, I came downstairs to eat some of my mom's delicious blueberry waffles. As a ritual my mom, dad, and my amazing sister said they had a surprise for me. They said to get changed and to get my dance bag ready. I had no idea where we were going, but I went with the flow. I got changed and got into the car. The whole way there I was singing. We finally reached the ALDC, the dance center I always wanted to go to. "What are we doing here?" We walked in and Melissa (Maddie and Mackenzie's mom) greeted us. We signed in. I had no idea what we were doing here but I heard my mom say that "we have a private meet and greet." Melissa called everybody in and I was freaking out. They all invited me in. They asked if I knew how to dance and I definitely said yes.

They talked to Abby privately and then when they all came back they said to come to the studio.

Why?

Mackenzie told me that Abby agreed to let me audition for the team and for Dance Moms. I got stretched while I was talking to them. Then, Abby auditioned me. I tried my best. At the end, my mom and Abby talked and talked and talked. Then everybody went to Starbucks together and my mom and Abby told me the news. I freaked out and I couldn't believe my dream came true!
