The power of pain

New way of living

Huh i cant believe its already 3rd period and nothing exciting has happened yet its only Monday how long is this week gonna be ugh oh well i go through the rest of the day as awkward and asocial as normal i get home decided to walk to the cemetery
Jesus today has been sooooo boring huh wait who's that? I see a man walking into this cleared out area of the forest I followed him we get pretty far in when suddenly he spins around yells hey the stalker come on out now i know your there so i stop hiding and said "hi"
He then starts mumbling something to himself about hate pain depression and i start to back up i make a break but i didn't make it far before a wall of fire appears he then say
"Ha humans are so predictable i knew i would meet you austin ur pain calls out i want to stir this world up so i have searched for others like yourself yet no luck so lets see what ur pain takes form as hahaha"
Suddenly out of his hands come a dark purple wave of energy i didn't react fast enough it forces me back i fly to the ground and feel pain he says Don't worry its a small price to pay for power oh and by the way call me your very own devil hahaha as he disappears i stop hurting and realized i can control shadows completely.
Is this the form of my pain huh now my life can change i can become powerful and even change the world my way my people hmm ill need to keep it secret for a bit ill wait till its the right time

A Week later
At school we get an announcement to turn on the news suddenly they talk about reports of super powered individuals all over the world 'hmm others like me lets see how they react'
We've already passed a bill to exterminate the beings as soon as they're reported in
Really this old thought jesus humanity makes me sick no understanding just destruction hmm well looks like its my turn to make a move.
