Fluorescent lights dancing on the water,
An elegant movement that cannot be replaced.
Faster than a humming wings
Lighter than a feather
On the glistening liquid
One, two, three...
Creatures of life skipped and scampered
And then in seconds..... it stopped
Silence still pushed away, the pitter-patter of droplets started to form
The glisten grew faint
Less joyful than before
It stopped
Sun shining, creatures performing
awaiting the next show

PoetryThis was a poem my friend wrote but was too shy to publish so I did it for her.
