summer vacation

Finally There

Hi, my name is Amanda and I live with my dad, mom, three sisters and a friend Tray. Do you believe in aliens? Well, we will see after this. We live in a big house, in New York. I don't really like it here I have always wanted to live in Roswell, New Mexico, were going there this summer! Tomorrow is the beginning of Summer Vacation, not sure exactly when my parents plan to leave, but I am so excited! "Kids, time to pack we will be leaving tomorrow after noon" mom shouted. "Okay." we all yelled back. I started packing. After a while I got tired so I went to sleep. The next morning I finished packing, then went to the kitchen to eat. We helped dad load everything up and headed out. We pulled out the drive way and hit the curb, "ohm, that hurt!" I shouted. We continued driving. I began to listen to music, my older sister looked out the window, both of my little sisters fell asleep and Tray played his games on his like phone always. After about an hour or so the sun began coming down we stopped at a store and picked up snacks for later and a soda I got mtn.dew, that's my favorite kind. We began to leave the store. Shortly we all fell asleep. I woke up were in the middle of no were then all of a sudden a bright light hovered beside us for a long time, we all kept quiet. We shortly pulled over and the light was still there. It had stopped too I was frightened. We had no clue what to do so we just began driving hoping it would stay, but it didn't it stayed right beside us then all of a sudden it shot up into the sky. "Dad, did you see that or am I going crazy? "I asked" "see what sweetie?" He replied in a scared voice. I just stayed quiet and went back to sleep.

When I woke up we were at a hedge two story high house. We walked in holding our belongings as we entered the door we were in the living room, I walked to the right and there was the dinning room, I walked toward the kitchen. It was a really big kitchen if you ask me. I ran up stairs and picked out my room it had a window facing a field with my bed right beside it and a night stand with a lamp on top of it, the closet is small but it'll do.

I began unpacking, hanging up my clothes and decorating. Once I was done I went done stairs to eat, they had made chili dogs as we were eating the power in the house went out, so dad went to go fix it he couldn't after a while the power came on. I did the dishes, I was almost done then the light went out again so I went to my room. I was laying on my bed when a bright light appeared and hovered over the house. I ran to my parents room and woke up my mom and dad. He ran out side, by the time he got to the door the light was gone, no where to be seen. He looked at me and said " I love you, but I'm not playing games, its late and I'm tired. We have a lot to do tomorrow so you need to get in bed." I rolled my eyes. "I'm not lying." I whispered, as I walked back to my room. For the rest of the night I looked out my window hoping it would come back, whatever it was. Nothing happened till about 6:00 AM. The light had come once more and hovered over the field this time. I put my shoes and a jacket on and ran towered it. It had zoomed off into the sky and was no longer in sight. I went back inside to find mom making coffee. "Why were you out there so early this morning?" mom had asked. I replied " I just needed air, nothing more." Once the sun cam up I went to the failed and seen something that I don't believe was there before. I took a picture of it and ran in to show my dad but for some reason in the picture everything was blurry. I ran back out side and everything was normal... I don't know how to explain it.
