Elevator

Chapter 1

She looked so wonderful in her dress. As she walks towards my direction, my hearts pounds. She's the woman I love after all. Her smile, breath taking, heart melting, such a beautiful sight. I would not ask for more, I'm so in love with her.

"Wala ka bang sasabihin?" panunukso nya saakin. She knows very well that I'm amazed by her.

"You look perfect" I replied, then she looks down while smiling.

I chuckled. Then napatingala sya to look at me with her suspicious look. Cute.

"Anong nakakatawa?" Namumula pa sya habang nagsasalita. Then we both laughed.

It was our High School Prom, and it was held in our school.

A song played. Ed sheeran's Perfect. She instantly looked away, while blushing. I chuckled, then I took the chance to ask.

"May I take this dance?" Yumuko ako at inabot ang aking kamay. She smiled and took my hand.

Her hand was soft and warm. So I took her to the center. We were the first to dance.

Her right hand was holding my left hand while raised, her left hand was on my right shoulder. I chuckled.

"Di ganyan" so I took her right her hand with my right hand and put it on my left should shouder. Then I wrapped my hands around her waist and pulled her closer. She blushed and look down.

I whispered in her ear, "You're so beautiful" then she rest her head on my chest. And her hands went under my arms and hugged me. Butterflies then flew around my stomach.

How I wish that this moment would last forever. Tumingala sya, and she was about to say something.

"Don't ever leave me okay?" I nodded and kissed her forehead.

"I love you" then I hugged her tight.

8 years had passed since that night.

*phone rings*

I answered. "Hello?"

"Hey bro, sa penthouse gaganapin yung party ah."

"Okay got it. Do I really have to come?"

"Oo naman, tutugtog tayo. Saka may sasabihin ako sayo."

"Sabihin mo na ngayon"

"Busy ako ngayon bro, tumawag lang ako para ipaalam sayo about sa Reunion. Got to go. See yah" He hung up before I could say a word.

I don't even know why I'm still going, di naman ako kasali sa reunion, since di ko sila kabatch schoolmates ko lang sila 8 years ago. Ahead ako sa kanila ng 1 year. Pero magpeperform kami ng banda ko. Ayoko sanang pumunta, pero para naman sa kaibigan ko to. I just don't wan to see- "Sir dito na po" sabi ng taxi driver.

Napatingin ako sa bintana ng sasakyan, wow, napaka taas ng building. Pansusyal tong hotel na to. Bigtime ang reunion.

Bumaba na ako sa cab. I took a good look at the building, masyado syang mataas, malaki rin. Pumasok na ako sa hotel, dirediretso ako. Ang ganda ng paligid, malawak, naglalakad ako towards sa reception area.
