Spurrite's P.O.V.

"O-oww..."
I fluttered my eyes open before my eyes started feeling strange, forcing them shut again. I struggled to lift my head up, with my arms shaking. I managed to lift myself up a bit off the ground, shaking my head. I finally got up from the ground, huffing. "W-what.. is this place?" I clenched my fists as I looked around to investigate my surroundings.

I thought in my head that I was dreaming, but I was not, apparently. I was not in Homeworld any more. That kinda seemed strange, though. I blacked out in Homeworld - How did I even get here after that? The thoughts of escape haunted me but also gave me hope that I am finally free. But...

My thoughts got interrupted by a figure staring at me nearby. I blinked to see if that would help, only to be greeted by my blurry sight yet again. I yelled out in frustration to only see a... Human? Definitely a full human. It seemed to be holding some type of... device. Which made me come to a conclusion - I am in Earth.

"Wooaaahh! What even are you?" They stared at me, fascinated. I hesitated to even speak, but I formally answered. "Well, you see, I am a Gem from the Diamond Authorities. I come from Homeworld, which I work there." I realised just then - I was giving them private information! I slapped my hand onto my mouth, with a worried and dumb look in my eyes.

They just aimed there technology at me, with a red beam focused on me. I tapped my finger on their device. "What is that, anyway? And why is there a red thing looking at me?" The tone of my voice got lower. I glared at the beam. "Ohh! This? This is a camera! It can take pictures and record things! Like - I'm recording you right now!" They explained, as my head sank into my shoulders. "U-uhh... You are starting to freak me out, human..." I slowly muttered.

"Come with me, uhh... What kind of Gem are you?" they asked, grabbing my arm violently, as I yelped. "...Why do you need to kno-" I was about to finish my question before they shot a glare into my eyes and I immediately stopped. "U-uh... I-It's Spurrite..." I looked down as they dragged me somewhere that I didn't know was.

I looked around to become more familiar with my surroundings as I narrowed my eyes at the human. "W-where am I?" I asked, before bumping into one of the walls. They didn't answer - They were too busy typing away on ANOTHER device, which is definitely a Computer, for sure. I stared at the text on the computer, but I couldn't make it out. I managed to make out a few words... 'Keep Beach City Weird'? What kind of name is that?

I glanced around the room, before They hit one of the buttons quite harshly, and stood up. "Now then, now that the article is sent..." They quickly shook their head and looked at me sternly. "W-What is... sent?" I croaked, with the mass amount of fear inside me.

They took out their notepad, well I think it is? And they walked out of the room, leaving me to stand there and possibly rot into oblivion. I blinked and walked up to the computer, and started reading the text. I looked at the bottom, as a video was playing. But the problem? The video had me in it. They posted private information about me? What kind of idiot would do that? Aww man, I am definitely going to get busted at this rate!

I groaned in frustration and turned to a table with quite a lot of... possible weapons. Knifes, you know, those things? I turned my head to the door, and opened it slightly. No-one was around, so I quickly scampered across the room, opening another door, and finally getting outside. I zoomed across the ground, getting away from wherever I was taken to. I started huffing, with a dull look in my eyes, and a terrified expression. Someone's going to find me, whether I hide it or not.

I sighed and looked up into the "sky" as they call it. My eyes continued to stare up until a crash from behind could be heard. I turn around to see a rather small shadow-like figure, stood in position, looking at me. I gave up trying to figure out who it was and ran off into the unknown. Sharp breaths echoed throughout my head, as I finally got away from them.

I stood in the middle of nowhere, shaking my head.

"When will I ever get out of this mess?"
