I look at him. He seems so stressed. I frown softly. I know he loves Katniss. He can't help it. I just wish he'd see me as the same. It's her second time in the games. It's been rough on all of us... But with the whole peeta and katniss being engaged. And katniss pregnant? He has just been a mess.
"Gale?" I say softly resting my hand on his shoulder. He jumps some then sees its me. I notice his hand is cut and bleeding.
"Jeez Madge. You are quieter then a mouse" He says with a soft smile as he pulls me into a one armed hug keeping the blood off of me.
"Are you okay Gale? You don't look so well... Let me fix your hand" I say into his ear softly. He looks at me with a sad look in his beautiful eyes.
"I'm fine. Just a lot to take in." He barely noticed his hand its seems. once he pulls away and runs his not cut hand in his hair. Everything he did was so hot.
"I'm here for you Gale. It's hard on everyone else too" I smile sweetly at him. He stares at me. "Let's go clean that hand of yours" I say and lead him into my house. I go to the medicine and pulls some things out. I start to wash out his cut. "This might hurt" I warn him. He groans in pain and closes his eyes. "I'm sorry"'i mumble. I finish cleaning his cuts and I start to wrap it up.
"Madge?" He say softly looking at me as I Finish wrapping his hand.
"Yes gale?" I tilt my head looking up at him.
"You really are beautiful. " he stares at me and time seems to freeze. I'm sure I am blushing bright red. I see his face start to get closer to mine... My eyes start to shut. I feel his lips on mine and my life is complete.
