"No."
"Why not?" Nagisa asked.
"Because I can't," I sighed. She was asking me to show her my wrists but I just couldn't. But it isn't like she had any right to see them.
"Yes you can," Nagisa snapped.
"How do you know?" I snapped back.
"You can roll up your sleeve, it's not that hard."
I turned and began walking away. I don't want to deal with that right now, I just want to be alone.

December
My bed creaked as I shifted from one side to the other, trying to find a place where my laptop would charge. I have a short in the cord and it only works when in a certain position.
Once I finished wobbling about with my cord, I gave up and continued to type my report. It was due the next day and I hadn't even started until now. I can't find the strength to work on anything. . .

October
I walked to my house, warm tears running down my face. Flushed, I dug through my small brown bag in search of my keys. Once found, I unlocked the door and ran to my room, slamming the door behind me.

August
"C'mon," mom shouted, "Up and at it!"
I crawled out of bed, reluctant to do so. Monday is always the worst day of the week.
