CHAPTER 1

JACOB was excited. He had quite a good chance of getting his favourite car, an Audi R8 V10 Coupe or a Lamborghini Aventador LP 700-4. He liked Ferraris, too. His father was famous and had enough money to buy 100 Bugatti Veyrons, but he just wasn't into cars. He just had a plain old Mercedes. But Jacob had forced his father into getting him a new car. So they were on their way to get one.

Jacob had just got his license. It was close to his birthday, too. He had been into cars since he had learnt to say the word. And that was a long time since Jacob's first word was car. His father knew about his obsession and had only agreed to get him a supercar because of it. Jacob's goal in life was to become a legend in F1, driving for Red Bull

So now they were travelling in their car. Jacob's father hadn't told Jacob which showroom they were going to. He had blind folded him and had put him in the back.

They pulled over and Jacob got out of the car. His father took off his blindfold. He blinked and then realised he was standing in front of a showroom. He was shocked. After he got out of his shock, he screamed and thanked his father. Then he ran into the showroom.

His father walked in after after him. The duo was greeted by an enthusiastic employee. Jacob walked behind his father who was discussing something with the employee.

They reached the reception and the employee took out 2 brochures. He gave them to Jacob and his father. Then he asked his Jacob's father " Which car are you looking for, sir?"

Jacob's father replied " Ask my son, the car is for him." The employee turned to Jacob and asked him the same question. Jacob answered " Anything that's fast!" The employee, who's name tag read Tiff, consulted his computer then lead them to a room on the right. The room contained a 458 Italia, a LaFerrari and a F12 Berlinetta. Jacob was immediately attracted to the F12 with its sleek design and it's magnificent V12. The employee chuckled and then asked Jacob " Like the F12, eh? You're acting like all our other customers who were in this room."

But then Jacob looked over at the 458. He marvelled at it's styling. But, without doubt, the fastest and the greenest, was the LaFerrari. It had close to a 1,000 horsepower to flirt with. But it's name was puzzling.

Tiff asked the duo to come back to the main room. When they reached, he asked Jacob " So have you decided which car you want?" Jacob wasn't so sure. He asked Tiff if he could go and see the cars again and then went. The LaFerrari was fast and green, but it was the most expensive and it would take a long time to be delivered. And Jacob didn't like spending money. The F12 was fast, but it was a beast and was too difficult to handle. The 458 Italia was the most fun and the cheapest in the room, but it was also the slowest.

After looking at them for a long time, Jacob came out and asked " Can I take them for a test drive? "

The test drives didn't take that long. After all of them were over, Jacob walked back into the showroom, looking up. Tiff asked him "Have you decided which car you want?"

Jacob answered " Yes I have. I want the ............."
