White. That was the first word that came to mind when I woke up in this strange tiled room. I.V needles stuck in my left arm, but battery chargers plugged in the right. Knees down were nothing but a Aqua grey metal,my right arm the same colour. For some reason this didn't shock me when I realized, I was in a bus accident, so this might be a cure? I don't know. A small Japanese girl had been bringing me food, and assisting me since I couldn't move my legs or one arm. Her name was Ikari which means "Anger" in Japanese, and that's surprising since she was ever so kind. "T-The Doctor will b-be in shortly.Y-You need anything Miss D-Daneleds?" She asked me with a hint of stutters in her voice. "No I'm fine, and Ikari I told you to call me Sarah please," I reminded her for the thousandth time that week. "O-Oh okay.....Sarah." She left the room with a smile on her face like it was an honer for me allowing her to call me by my first name. Ikari was telling the truth when I saw a young man, about twenty years I could guess from looks enter my room."Hello Miss Daneleds, I am Professor Linken, and it is a pleasure to meet a wonder like you." I sat there confused for a few seconds until I said, " A wonder? I'm just a confused girl who survived a blazing bus accident, now with some weird metal limb cure, and in fact limbs I can't even move." He laughed at me like a high school princess that just dominated the whole cheer team. "You are a wonder Miss Daneleds because you are the only person to survive one quarter of your brain made to nothing, and transformed into mechanical gears including some of your limbs." "Um, what? How long have I been here?!" I asked petrified. "Do not worry you are in good hands Miss Dan-" " I HAVE A FIRST NAME YOU KNOW!!" I sat there completely shocked ,and started recapping on what just happened. I just shouted at him, and I'm mad at him, but this man saved my life, how could I raise my voice at a man who clearly knows what he's doing?! "I-I'm so, so sorry sir I j-just am on edge right now. I don't know what came ov-" Laughs, again. What does he find so amusing about me? "I'm sorry it's just, hahaha. Okay, if you would like for me to call you by your first name then I shall." His smile left a positive felling in the room, so I smiled back, but pain shot up my left eye as I tried to grin. "Ow! Okay, um that hurt like hell. Why did that happen?" I asked him confused. A screwdriver came out of his pocket, " Um....what are you doing?" "I'm going to take a look at that robotic eye of yours. To see what's happening to cause that pain." I didn't know what to do about the pain myself, so I let him help me. "Hmmmm, IKARI GET OVER HERE THIS INSTANT!!" Did he just demand that poor girl to come here just as she finished her shift? "Y-Yes sir?" She said as she entered the room. "I need you to look after Miss Da- I mean Sarah for five minutes. She's having a malfunction, so I need to find the right parts to fix it." I sat there eyes wide(well,one eye wide),in pain. " Oh my! Okay Sir Linken I will be here to help!" He rushed out of the room panicked, leaving Ikari, and I alone with my eye feeling like it was going to explode.
