Lost Emotions

Alone?

The night sky, a background of darkness, where the moon shines. Surrounded by many stars that shine bright too, they are so bright altogether. However, the moon is its only kind, seeming like it takes all the attention with so little effort. It feels alone though, all the stars seem to be leavening it there, they're all fading away. All the stars think it deserves to be alone, they don't want to see it anymore. Even when all this happens, the moon realizes that there will always be one thing there. It doesn't have to feel alone.

This thing helps it continue to shine, be itself, feel confident and comfortable.

The Sun.

Shining bright in the day and helping the moon shine bright in the night. The one thing the moon will always have.

The moon will forever have someone, there by its side, the sun. Now the moon just watches as all the stars leave, but could careless. The sun will always be there, it's been there since day one and could never leave. It accepts the moon with all its changes.

The stars can leave, think the moon is alone, but it doesn't matter only their memory will be left. The Sun will remain and that's all that matters
