Welcome to the Forest

Laura's POV
All I can remember is a blank room with white walls and a shadow coming to me from the distance and all of a sudden, I was feeling pain on my right shoulder. Next thing I know, I'm at the side of a road next to a forest. I was about to walk in until a guy popped out to the right of me wearing jeans and a tanktop. He apparently knew me. His words were, "Hey Laura! I was driving home, but my car broke down so I started walking and now I found you." I was still confused as my hands were uncontrollably shaking in fear. I saw he had a weapon so in my head I'm thinking he was going to kill me.

I was in so much fear that I couldn't even make a sound.

Anthony, being the open-minded one, decided to come in the forest with me to make sure I make it across safely.
He grabbed my arm gently and tugged me a little. I was still paralyzed in fear. As he turned around, he said, "What's wrong? It's me, Anthony!" I couldn't remember who he was, but all that was going through my mind was survival. My eye lids felt like 50-pound weights all of a sudden. Last thing i see is Anthony falling down with me holding a dart in front of me.

We ended up awaking in the middle of the forest with 100 people holding guns and wearing lumberjack outfits.
"Both of you are special to us. Did you know that?" The leader said as walked slowly towards us.
I tried to punch him, but as I tried my hands felt restrained. I looked at my right hand and found out I was tied to a cross.
"Let me go!" I yelled.
"Hmmm.... nah! I mean after we kill that boy of yours, we're going to kill you too. You see, your blood is vital to us. We need a big sample of your blood in order to save our leader. Without him, I die, and I don't feel like dying today." The worker said.

Anthony POV:
I couldn't bear to watch Laura being tortured. She was whipped with a black and blue whip. 1 time.... 2 times...... 3 times. Each time her yells got louder. The lumberjacks left us tied to the cross all night and day for 2 days, with barely any food and water. I created a plan to escape once everybody was asleep. So here goes nothing!
