A SkyDoesMinecraft Fanfic

Chapter one

Our story takes place in the Minecraft world...

Deadlox was sitting on a smooth rock next to a small stream, watching the fish splash around in the cool clear water. A cool breeze whipped his auburn hair around his face, his neon green headphones glinting in the sunlight. He closes his eyes and starts to think about the past...

~Deadlox's P.O.V.~

I started thinking about Sky....Oh I miss Sky... He and I used to be a thing, used to be together but.......that changed...And it was my fault..My fault and the squids' fault.. The squids had been annoying the people for a while but then they formed an army and started attacking villages, kidnapping people to work for their army, rumor has it that they turn people into human-squid hybrids..burning down houses and crops, leaving each village they visited in total destruction. Sky and I grouped up any survivors we could find. We were hoping to battle the squids to show who is boss around here, but we couldn't just yet. Everyone was too weak to fight at the moment. It was becoming hard to find food for everyone. Sky and I were really stressed, and I guess something ticked us off cause we got into an argument. I honestly don't remember how it started. But we were yelling at each other, and hot tears had started to fall down my cheeks. We were blaming each other for all the trouble and stress, even though it wasn't either of our faults. " I don't know why we are together!" "You were never there for me!" "I hope I never see you again!!" I don't know what made me lose control, made me lash out at Sky like that. He was trying his best to calm down. He told me we should probably take some time away from each other, but I yelled at him "I'M LEAVING AND I WON'T EVER RETURN!" I ran as fast as I could away from Sky, only looking back once to see his face, hurt in his eyes, tears streaming down his cheeks, standing there stunned as I ran away. I miss him. It's been two years or so since I left him on that dreadful day when I let my emotions take over. I wish I could see him again, tell him I'm sorry. But would he forgive me? I opened my eyes to a beautiful sunset. Better get home, I thought to myself. I shuffled through some freshly fallen soft green leaves to my small cabin. I live there all alone, but there is a small black and white cat with some strange purple markings that sometimes stops by. I appreciate the company. I open the oak wood door and step in. The cat (which I have named sprinkles cause of her purple markings) greets me. She purrs and wraps herself around my legs. "C'mon Sprinkles kitty, time for bed," I say, rubbing her behind her ears, and headed to bed.

..Meanwhile..

~??? P.O.V.~

It was getting dark fast. I had been mining all day and now I was tired and needed to get home and soon. But when I emerged at the surface after digging away some dirt, I could not see the path to my house. Being in a mineshaft all day, I had plenty of stone to whip up a quick house, but just as I reached in my inventory, I heard that familiar hissing. Oh no... BOOOM! The creeper exploded. Thankfully I had dodged just in the nick of time, only taking a little damage. Whew! I looked around and spotted a skeleton aiming it's bow directly at my face. I ducked when I heard him let the arrow fly. Gotta get outta here! I started running, hoping to find a tree somewhere I could climb. I dodged zombies and creepers making my way across the plains hoping wishing there would be shelter somewhere. Anywhere. My messy dirty blonde hair was whipping around my face as I ran, blocking my vision sometimes. Up ahead I could see a forest. Thank goodness! I gave a sigh of relief, still running. My hunger was going down. I would soon run out of sprint. Rats. Should have gotten that pig when I had the chance. Just gotta make it to a tree! I was almost to the forest..Almost there! You can make it! Then...I lost my sprint. I kept walking, looking around frantically for something to eat. I was in the forest finally, and saw to my amazement and relief, a small cabin! If I could just make it... Hissssssss.... Nooooo I have to make it... I yelled out at the cabin, hoping someone was inside...no answer.. Shoot I'm toast. 22 diamonds too...I had never thought about what it would be like to die...where would I go? Would I respawn like the legends say? I have heard of people who died and just disappeared... people don't know if they respawned or not because they never found them! I backed up against the door and squeezed my eyes shut, waiting for the explosion, but just then, the door burst open, pushing me to the ground.
