The propellers of the plane spun fast while gliding through the air. The plane was tight as it only had two rows of two. When you look out the windows you can see where the roads cuts the land into patches.
"Um ma'am?" The flight attendant asked while shaking me out of my trance.
"Yes" I said, all eyes were on me. "What." And everyone looked away.
"Are you -" she was cut of by a blast of turbulence and fell to the floor.
"Are you ok?" The woman in the seat behind me asked.
"Yep I just hurt my ankle." She said trying to stand up. A bigger blast of turbulence through her into the air and she hit the roof. As she came down the floor started to crack and soon would break.
Blood dripped from the ceiling onto my head. The floor underneath me started to crumble.
The sounds around me were overwhelming. Kids, babies, adults crying. People screaming for help. But I just sat her staring straight in front of me hoping, just hoping it would be over soon.
There was a lady beside me who looked to be 40 or maybe 50. She held on like she was ready to die. The floor gave out, have the plane fell back and my half fell forwards.
The sight underneath me was horrific, the beautiful patches soon became my worst nightmare.
**************
I awoke with a panic, my heart felt as if it was going beat straight out of my chest. My body curled up as if I was dead. I felt like I was dead, my body would not move, I was just staring up at the roof. Life felt worthless, i felt like I would never sleep again.
My alarm clock said 2:40, I had 4 more hours of a sleepless, and a quiet night. Shadows seemed to creep in the darkness like someone else was in the room with me. Suddenly I felt very thirsty and cold, my window flung open and the rain enter. I jumped so far of my bed, and onto the floor.
I quickly left my room where I would be safe, but I was wrong. I would have to walk down a back hallway and up a set of stairs. I made my way to the stairs checking every corner, it felt like faces were running up to me.
I came face to face with the stairs, then slowly started to clime them. My thoughts were spinning around like a whirl pool. "What if something pops out at me and I fall down the stair and break my neck then I would die.
Finally I reached to the last step, and now was on the main floor. My throat felt like a dessert, and my heart skipped a heart beat. The kitchen was only a few steps away, my pace became slower and the kitchen became farther and farther.
As I touch the fridge door and got some water I didn't fell thirsty any more, but I took a sip anyway and felt relief.
