Kageyama x Reader | Text Confessions

Kageyama sighed annoyed, at his friend by his side who was talking about the plan for their next practice game. He continues to walk next to Hinata, who was not aware of his surroundings, bumping into a girl. "Aah!" The two squealed falling onto the floor. Hinata quickly got up to apologize. "I'm sorry for bumping into you!" Hinata helped the poor girl up. "No. It's alright, I'm sorry as—Oh! Hi Hinata, Kageyama!" The girl smiles and bowed slightly. "Hi FN!" Hinata grinned then went to give you a friendly hug.

Kageyama waved at you, with a blush crawling into his cheeks. You smile towards Kageyama and waved back. "Are you guys heading over to practice?" You ask grabbing the handle of your bag and slinging it over your shoulder. Kageyama nodded. "Yeah, we were on our way there now—" "Why don't you join us, FN-Chan?" Hinata grinned. You nodded slightly, "Sure, that'd be great!" You laughed, joining the two bickering guys.

Kageyama looked to where you were standing, which was near Sugawara and Hinata talking with them before practice ended. You smiled then waved off with everyone. "Bye Kageyama! Hinata!" You grinned, then walked out of the gym. Tanaka and Nishinoya whined, how you didn't say goodbye to them. Sugawara laughed nervously at them.

--After Practice—

Once Kageyama reached his house he decided to message Hinata, knowing them, probably really close but tends to bicker more than usual. He reached his phone, then started to type in a message slowly, with his thumb hovering over send.

*sent*

Kageyama: I think I like FN

He sighed relief that he told someone, but looked at the phone again and the contact.

'FN'

"Crap.." He whispered to himself, now there was no going back. *ding*

FN: I think I like you too. (✿ ♥‿♥)

Kageyama blushed furiously at the screen and started mumbling stuff into his pillow.

I wonder how tomorrow will be.
