~Katlyn's POV~

I was sitting there, with my sisters Evangeline and Morgan. They were watching their two favorite Youtubers. I was across the room from them, browsing Tumblr and drowning them out by listening to my favorite band Twenty Øne Piløts. I hate choosing favorites, but let's just say I'm a serious Josh Dun hun.

My sisters have an obsession with Markiplier and Jacksepticeye; they watch them all the time. I enjoy watching them since I'm into gaming, but I'm more interested in a music career.

All of a sudden, my thoughts were interrupted by a post I saw on Tumblr. "OH MY FUCKING GOD, TWENTY ONE PILOTS ARE GOING TO CALIFORNIA!!!!" Evangeline and Morgan jump, which would usually cause me to snicker, but I was too excited about possibly seeing my favorite band in the entire universe. "Calm down Kat, I think we're deaf now." Evangeline says. "When we go to California, can we see them???" I ask excitedly. They both sigh and say yes, even though I'm too excited to care about their reluctant reactions.

Then my thoughts were interrupted once again; Dad, Izzak, Megan, and Tyson bursts into the room screaming "HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!". I jump and we all begin to laugh. I stop laughing as soon as I realize how much I'm going to miss them and this place. Sure we're all adopted, but I believe we're even closer than most families. Evangeline, Morgan, and I are all blood related just like Izzak and Megan. Tyson doesn't live with us anymore, but his college is nearby so we see him relatively often. We've been in the family for ten years today, but we're about to leave soon. We're off to Cali, to get an education, a house, and a better life. I'm excited to move out, but saddened by it at the same time. I'm sure Morgan and Evangeline feel the same....

"Where are you guys going to live in California?" Tyson asks. I look up at him from my spot on the couch. "They left me in charge of planning that all out, so they have no clue yet". Alright so I may be hiding a surprise for Evangeline and Morgan, but you'll hear more about that later, as will they.

Then we all heard the loud ding of Evangeline and Morgan's phones going off at the exact same time. They hurriedly unlocked their phones and together said: "OH MY FUCKING GOD!!! JACKSEPTICEYE AND MARKIPLIER ARE MOVING IN WITH EACH OTHER IN L.A.!!!" Then we all started laughing realizing that Evangeline and Morgan had just said that at the exact same time. Dad likes to call this our "magic trick". Evangeline and Morgan continue on to what they like to call their "Youtuber World."

We decided to spend our last day at the mall. Weird I know, but we need some new band merch to prepare for the trip ahead. We visited Hot Topic, and Spencers, our favorite stores. I bought a couple Twenty One Pilots shirts to prepare for the concert. We visited a couple other stores to stock up on stuff like shorts, sandals, and sunglasses. We shopped until 9:00 at night, by that time Morgan convinced us that it's time to go home. We have a long day ahead of us, and we need to finish packing. We're leaving our dear family behind tomorrow. I'm more anxious about it than I should be, I wonder how my sisters will react to my surprise, and I'm also really excited for the concert. When we all got home, I laid in bed and finally got to sleep. As I lay in bed, I dreamt of the day ahead of me.
